Thank you for sharing, your video was very informative. What is the name of your condo building? What floor did you stay on? I subscribed to your channel and look forward to more videos about your stay in Pattaya
How soon after renting an apartment can the landlord raise the rent? By how much can a landlord raise the rent? How often per year can the landlord raise the rent?
As soon as your contract lasts. If your contract is for one year, the landlord cannot raise the price during that year. The price increase depends on the tourist season and demands.
Attention everyone on UA-cam it is a lot of UA-camrs promoting Thailand and making it seem like u can just up and move to Thailand just because u want to live there. The sad reality is if u aren’t going to be working in Thailand for a Thailand employer or studying in Thailand which is actually attending a Thai school or conducting business in Thailand then you will not be able to live in Thailand permanently.I am not being negative or a downer I’m just simply stating what it is Thailand will be cracking down on this, actually this year and we all will be witnessing loads of foreigners leaving Thailand getting deported.Thailand on the other hand doesn’t have a problem with people coming to visit as tourists but unfortunately tourists won’t be able to stay in Thailand for no more than 60 days. And another thing that Thailand will start to implement is that tourists cannot stay in Thailand outside of tourism season.A lot of things will be changing in Thailand really quickly yall can thank the transgender/transformers and UA-camrs.But I think Thailand government was going to act on it anyways I’m kids glad that the Thai government isn’t putting up with the none sense anymore😊.And to only allow the foreigners to live in Thailand that are their first an underlying reason.
@@georgeandy6923 yes of course but for younger foreigners u need an underlying reason for being in Thailand otherwise u risk being deported or when your tourist visa ends up will have to wait another 3 months to enter Thailand again which is during tourism season.
@@jamalgreen3056 Okay...and thanks for clarifying that, because I was starting to get a little worried from your post. Glad to hear that they will still be issuing Retirement Visas!
Your criteria grouping is good in making decisions and your hand writing is so neat
