- the key to waking up early is going to sleep early! if you don't have a good night routine that sets you up for success in the morning, reaching your goals is going to be much harder. becoming a "morning person" isn't as hard as it seems! it may seem impossible for you but it just takes consistency and discipline! here's a look at my night/morning routine for inspo! make an early routine and make it your own.

I’m a freshman in high school, i used to wake up at 6 every morning but i wasn’t productive. I dreaded getting up in the morning. After this time change and when i started watching you, i started getting up 10 minutes earlier and worked my way down (up) to 5am! I have so much more time in the morning to js spend on myself. So much more productive. You’re truly an inspiration to me! 🫶🫶🫶

I wake up at 1:30am for work, work till around 1-2 in the afternoons then usually go to the gym 5-6 days a week and go to bed between 7-8 at night.

Any tips on how to feel comfortable at the gym? I’m new to the gym and have no idea what I’m doing and it makes me feel uncomfortable so I don’t go. I need some tips !
Put on your headphones and do your thing
Start simple! I started with just walking on the treadmill and observing everything else going on to get an idea of what people do. There are also LOTS of videos showing how to use machines and such. I've also been using an app called CoPilot, which is kind of pricey, but has been worth it for me.
What do you eat after your workout?
something high in protein! salads, yogurt parfaits, chicken etc!
Guys Celcius has a ton of Splenda (Sucralose), I don't think drinking it every day/morning would be good for you. I believe they make a monkfruit/stevia version which might be a little better
The only thing that helps with the puffiness is the lymph drain massage 🎉 go too with the ice 😊

how do you guys put your shoes directly in your gym bag ? Why not put them in a plastic bag or something ? All of your stuff will be dirty
I wake up at 4.30am for work every day and I wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy never mind do it voluntarily
I want to make an advice for you. I realized you have been complaining about your skin which makes me say taht you should use sunscreens in daily basis. I encourage you to make your own research about the harms of exposing your face and body skin to sun directly. That might be the reason. Anyways, thank you for that video
And with retinoid your skin is more open to get sun damage. It makes your skin more sensitive to sun. So, be careful ful about taht. I think adding a sunscreen to your morning routine will make a huge difference. And also, you can search about double cleansing. Sunscreen, double cleansing and moisturizing are holy grails of skincare.
Skin cancer was never an issue until sunscreen was invented.

As someone that works at 4am, SLEEP in. I promise you, you don't need to get up this early to be productive. Because going to bed at 7pm or whatever time is lowkey depressing.
that's for you, though - I used to work at 5am everyday and now I work at 8am. However, due to my life after work and my getting out of work later, it's so much more convenient to wake up at 4:30-5am and workout and get it out of the way! Plus it really helps set my mood for my day!
