When twisting on natural hair, you always want to be extremely gentle with your hair.
If you are not careful with your hair, that will reflect in the health of your hair.
Too much rough handling on your tresses will result in split damaged ends and hair loss which in the long run stunt the growth of your hair.
Wearing a protective style like this Senegalese Rope Twists Extensions is great in retaining length but if you always comb aggressively or handle your hair in a rough manner, many of your hair saving methods will go to waste.

For those who are complaining about the length of the video or about the way Breanna Rutter is speaking, you can find a bunch of tutorials on the internet that might respond to your wishes...
I think this is a great pace. No need to pause or to go back over and over again. The video is pretty easy to understand even if you are not an English native speaker.
Thank you so much for your tutorial and your tips Breanna. This is great, clear and very inspiring!

Best braiding video I've ever seen on UA-cam...awesome you should teach at a beauty school you broke it down so that ANYONE could do this style
Too many complaints. You don't have to watch of its too long. And FYI, for those selfishly complaining, there are some people who need extra instruction and need things broken down more if you ever considered OTHERS.
Finally! A tutorial that's clear and easy to understand. I was beginning to think I'd never fine one lol
How long was the hair she used?
You are very professional with your teaching. Thank you!
Thanks Ang :)
+Breanna Rutter you're so welcome
I'm actually about to install some Senegalese twists myself pretty soon & this was by far the most helpful video I've found on here. Thank you!

Your tutorials are so THOROUGH! :-D Bless you for this!
I have never used extensions in my hair ever and I also have not done anything more than put my hair in two conrows (princess braid?) and that was years and years ago besides.
--Your use of the blonde hair really did help me to see the technique.

you are such a good tutor,no one can ever say they didn't understand what you say, thank you very much for this tutorial
You make the best hair tutorials I have ever seen.
Great tutorial! Ladies, dipping your twists in very hot to boiling water helps to seal the ends so they don't unravel. It also gets rid of the extra hairs that stick out as cutting would.
You are incredible! Thank you for making this in-depth tutorial , and than you for speaking so articulately so that everyone can understand. God bless you! 😘😘😘

Thank you so much! Just got my hair done about 2 weeks ago by a friend. One fell out in the front, I've got to perform, and don't have enough time to get to her. Found this video and did my best. I've NEVER twisted anything but my own natural hair. Your video helped, especially your use of a different color!!!
Found your video and I am so grateful. Best explanation and demonstration of this style.

Young lady your videos are very specific. Thank you for being so detailed and direct.

What hair gel are you using after you mist the hair with water?
How long does this typically take because i feel like this would take me days lol :s
Your tutorial is perfect, just did my first twist outs and they turned out perfectly, no more salon visits for me. Thank you
You are such a good teacher. If I may ask, can you do tutorials on tree-braiding with a view of final results. I agree with everyone, your videos are clear, easy to understand, you have such a good way to walk one step by step.
All the vids I've watch about tree braiding never gave us final look, so we are just hanging there. So please help a sister out. You are awesome and your speech is SO clear! Thank you!
Very informative.

Breanna, I really would like to thank you for this video because I can and have been doing so for a long time, BUT I could never ever do twists. I just did my first twist today after watching your video. You're such a star and you will go far...
Managed to do two and then all of a sudden it's like I forgot everything. I'm stuck on my third strand 😭
Jemimah Lawrence
Excellent demonstration and articulation well appreciated.
MaaaM79 Thank you.
Jessie
I spent about an hour and a half trying to figure this out BUT after I watched your video ...WOW! lol. You saved me life lol My birthday just pasted two days ago and Im supposed to be celebrating this weekend. girl you saved me! LOL Thank you!
This is by far the easiest & most in-depth video. I can't wait to try your method. I can't even imagine why there would be any "dislike" of the video. :-)
The way you break it down, makes me think I can actually do this.
you made it look so easy. I will be saving lots of money, Thank you :)
I just wont to take the time out and say thank you so much i got it FIRST try!!! Im loving it
Thank you so much 💓 💗 💛 💖 it's been weeks I been watching other tutorials on how to spring twist and I never got it until today when UA-cam recommend your channel thank you so much 👏👏
For some reason I still cannot master this. I've watched several tutorials and know the concept but my braids slip right back out or they are really loose. I do twist tight but i can't get the weave to attach to my hair tightly.
Try using some gel as you twist it may help you get that grip you need that's what I have to do. You can just twist your fingers as you add the gel finger by finger.
its just I'm not good at parting the back of my hair
