Thank you so much for speaking life into my hair. I have 4c hair and was about to blow dry it straight and do parts using edge control when I know my hair does better damp with a leave in. Your lovely voice and positivity about shrinkage made me go back to what is healthiest for my hair.

I began doing this style over twenty years ago. So glad to see others doing it, as it is such a lovely and comforting style. I rarely comb my hair, I mainly use my fingers to part for styling and to massage out hairs that have released. I use a chebe oil, avocado and caster oil mix.

You explain your work so well. Thanks again. I will try your way to wash my hair. I am trying to get better with my twisted. My saying you name it I buy it. Lol

Well thanks a lot for the feedback ☺️ look forward to hearing how the wash went! As for the dryness though try being more consistent. Like doing either lco or loc method. Lco-liquid (water), cream (leave in), and oil. Loc- liquid, oil, cream. Every 2-3 days.
Leave ins I like are qhemet biologics moringa or coco tree ghee, tgin green tea leave in, mielle avocado hair milk.
