- Ion pair chromatography (IPC) is an effective reversed-phase liquid chromatographic (RPLC) technique for separation of organic ions and partly ionized organic analytes. The technique utilizes the same types of stationary phases and mobile phases as RPLC; the main characteristic for IPC is that an ion pair reagent is added to the mobile phase.
Sir can you please make video on response factor calculation for impurity
Sir how to retain neutal compound
Sir, what should be chromatographic condition for amino acids
Amino acid analysis or amino acid product rs
If retension time is less for polar compounds means, instead of using the Ion pair Reagents, make that polar molecule to slightly non polar molecule(by using the ionization formula decrease the % ionization by changing the pH).Let me the Answer please.
Sir I think acidic at low pH having good retention and reverse for basic compunds . Please correct if I'm wrong?
Yes Vinod, you are right
Sir please make a video on FDS study and it prblms how to over come prblms.
