@@srtqx yeah bro. I use run gum every time at the gym for 60 minutes of cardio and I lose 900 calories on that and the treadmill. It helps so much with energy

Nick I absolutely love you and your content. It's so wholesome and so inspirational, I can watch it all day and smile no matter how low I am feeling. I don't click faster on any other UA-cam video. I was a 100m, 200m sprinter till high school, but since I grew up, teenage onwards, whenever I want to run or walk on the road, it is common for male commuters to catcall, honk their horns, tail, stalk or slow down ahead of you to watch you run past them, completely ruining the day for the runner. A woman running here is a challenge to men because she is not supposed to be on the road. They are supposed to be home, and if they want to run, walk or cycle, they should do it at home. Fitness and leisure are greatly undervalued in India. I feel so happy watching all your running videos, sometimes even tear up and wish someday I can do the same, though I have seen nothing change in the past 18 years of my teen to adult life. I will now try wearing some loose clothes with face mask and a hat to avoid attention on the road. Hopefully I can return to my love of running soon.

I used to jump rope twice a day. 3000 jumps per session. I think my best was 630 something in a row. Dope vid as always big bro!
haha dang, i could jump for 10 minutes straight. But first your would need to make sure the rope is not too short/long for your height.

The mat is the key, it makes it exponentially harder because of how much force it absorbs and becomes a muscular endurance exercise. Also a speed rope on a mat required you jump much higher than normal.Nick is smart!
