I love all the work you are doing to the Beetle. Definitely a rewarding job!
Nice to meet You Mike , this just popped up and I subscribed. Been into these old bugs almost 50 years, and currently getting close to finishing up My 69 vert. project. To do a respectable job, I think Your deadline is flat out undoable, not just think , I know it’s not. You cannot put a deadline , especially that short, on such a project. Take Your time and make the trip next year, maybe I’ll tag along. 👍👍🇺🇸
You also have the early '73 seat tracks
Actually, you can get the number off the pan as well. Right there by the hole you were vacuuming in
Can you confirm the VIN? Don't give the entire number, just make sure the 3rd number is a "4". I only ask that because while watching the intro, I noticed the front fender are not from a '74 ('74 should have D shaped holes...at least in the States. Canada may not have had shock absorber bumper brackets)
If you don't reach 10,000 subscribers Mike are you still going to give it away ?
