Bjorn send me here. Like your vids very much. Thank you for sharing the almost (?) 'lost art' of living of nature and enjoying the gifts of the land. Greets from the Netherlands, Tonny.
Pure and deep appreciation of life and its delights. Picking blueberries in the wild. Enjoying and preserving them. The captivating wonder and balm of a campfire. Thank you for this presentation, Eira. Grace and peace to you in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Such a beautiful walk through nature and picking as they where known in that day wild huckleberrys was always fun for us kids to see who would comeback with the most and that was the great memory you gave back to me for I haven't thought of that for a very long time! GOD BLESS
From the roads to the stone walls and even the forest itself, it feels like a fairytale kind of setting. Even your camera angles feel like they are telling a story. Your country is very beautiful and the blueberries look tasty!
I like your style. Best natural living channel I've found yet after 3 years of hunting. Are you in Scandinavia? Wishing you many lovely summer evenings by the fire, from Pittsburgh, PA.
@@EiraCraftandNature The architecture kinda gave it away. I'm amazed it took me so long to find you! I've stepped on a lot of toes calling out the legion of hypocrites I see everywhere on this platform, but you appear to be doing everything right. 👍 This cantankerous old hippie can finally put his lamp away; Diogenes has found an honest naturalist! We'll stay tuned from our parallel universe...🧡⚖💚
Bjorn sent me here. Such a beautiful forest walk, I've never foraged anything before in my life. This video makes it look idyllic and makes me want to try. Question: do those stone fences have a name? I always liked the rough look of them but can't find anything about how they're constructed.
In swedish they are called "stenmur" which directly translated should be "Stone wall/mure". The men used to build them to devide land between owners. Yes, I do also think they are beautiful and they will "live through" centuries.
These stones are in swedish called storgatsten and are made by men that were stonemasons/stonecutters. They are old and were nearly impossible to get. Hope you can find somthing similar where you live. Yes that sounds Good. Good luck! Skål Jack
Was there someone else handling the camera work or did you have a long day of walking to set up, then retrieve the camera for each walking shot? Update: omg, I saw your comment on another question. That’s dedication!
Very nice 💙 Bjorn sent me here. Glad he did.

Judging by the underbrush and light it looks like south of Sweden. Besides the blueberries aren't ripe in the north yet.
That's so kind. Thank you! Yes

@@EiraCraftandNature Thank you.

Ty.
I have almost the same hairstyle now hanging from my chin 👌😂
@Eira - Craft and Nature did you just made Jam from those berries? If so, how long can you preserve them?
Yes Kizzy. As I used no preservatives in the jam it would have been fine for about two weeks, but it didn't last that long!
I need a woman like you! Hope your channel continues to grow!
Insert thirsty compliment here.
Where do you find these lovely square rocks?? I’d love to build my own fireplace like this it home!? Skol 😊

I walked in the woods with my dog and picked blue berries today, too.

I got a girl like that, 6'3" and lovely, always cooking and baking. Truly a caring person.
Do you film these by all by yourself Eira? Work this quality is what I'd expect from a professional tv crew.
Thank you so much Matthew. I hardly know what to answer to that kind comment. Yes I'm all by myself making them.
Eira - Craft and Nature Well I’m absolutely blown away by this. You’re very talented Eira! And what a beautiful place Sweden is.
I wish I could like out in the Forrest and just be away from people. But alas, I can not.
