No doubt Sri S Swamy Sir is a genius. Any patriot who listens to Sri S Swamy Sir shall surely love to listen to him again and again. There is no doubt he is an ONE MAN ARMY. He has that magic wand of cure and solutions for all ills of the Indian economy. It is true he is an maverick and uncontrollable when he is sure of solution to real problems of this country (viz Kashmir issue,immigration issue, Ram Mandir issue etc etc) if given free power or ministry. He is in a way ruthless also. Maybe this is the only reason he is kept out of the ministry. Growth rate in India is more because of Service industry and in particular IT service industry flourished, because of US and European countries outsource their IT service work to low cost countries i.e. India and therefore external money came to India with very less initial capital cost. Now because of lack of invention in IT services, US and other European countries are not outsourcing the services to India and now India is struggling. Unless we radically change ourselves to construct IT infra within India to ensure that systems are developed to ensure less human intervention and therefore less corruption, there is not room to grow.

I, one hundred percent agree with Mr. Swamy. If China can produce manufactured goods at cheaper prices, and dominate the world market, we should not try to defeat them in that game which they are so good at. Instead, we can be dominate the world in agricultural products. The currency difference / mass production will always be more beneficial. On a different note, the life cycle of manufactured goods is very small. technology changes very fast, where as, the life cycle(not talking about shelf life) of agricultural products is going to stay as long as people are going to eat.

The only way Indian economy can still be salvaged is by making Dr Subramanian Swamy as the Finance Minister. I think, Dr Subramanian Swamy is the most brainy, talented, knowledgeable, innovative person in India today.
Whenever I get enlightened with Swamy's insatiable knowledge, my belief in God and law of karma from previous birth becomes stronger because no matter how brilliant Swamy is; he is not even getting an iota of attention in Modi's ministry. In this interview i can clearly sense his frustration of he being left out.

Dr. Swamy is correct in Air India issues. Indian government sold many main sectors to outsiders. Also with regards to agriculture what he said is first priority🙏
I love Swami. I carefully listen to him always, he delivers sensible messages. No doubt on that. Two things I couldn't fully agree (at least in the context of present time) 1) Removing Income tax and introduce transactional tax - he himself saying we are not ready yet since in that case every transaction has to happen through Banking system which not even a possibility in US today, PM Modi pushing for digitalization to create that platform, but it is far away from happening everywhere due to many reasons. 2) We never said US we will buy from you unconditionally, we told we want technology transfer, US didn't agree - then are we enslaved by US diplomacy that we have to buy whatever US wants to sell to us? US government is tricky, their national interest is their highest goal, and every country in this world is supposed to that, but doesn't mean we are bound to abide by due to any kind of pressure where our national interest was at stake.
Swami is very well educated, I think it is BJP's trump card to have Swami being backbone to the party and also criticise it time to time to set a balance - he keeps the real drama and climax live all the time and helps his party in long term goal. Wonderful personality. :-)
He is saying average age is 26 in india real thing is most people died at age nearly 50 to 60 due to liquor, cigarette,etc he is say 26 as positive things where as japan he is say average age is 50 because most people don't consume drugs related etc and........
It’s worth taking note of Mr. Subramaniam ideas on economic reforms and take it up for discussion and analysis with economists of national and international repute.
How could corruption (illegally amassing money) be prevented if income tax is done away without?
When we have cashless bank to bank transaction ( like it is in many developed countries), lesser tax or no tax is possible.
Desalination is not a cheaper or affordable technology for Indian demography at this time. Of course lot of research is ongoing to make desalination cheaper and affordable.
However, the question remains why PM is avoiding making Mr. Swamy the FM. Arun Shourie accuses Modi of having people of mediocre so that he could micro manage. May be that’s the reason.
india needs a finance minister with radical yet well-thought out ideas like dr swamy...i particularly like his bold proposal of doing away with income tax...and a half percent tax on every banking transaction from banks to the Government..the idea should be given a chance...

Tax on banking transaction is nice idea but for this india must be created best banking infrastructure.second govt should keen eye that all transactions should be made through banking channel.
Third-banking sector must be free from corruption.
Fourth-govt should not print not more than 50 rupees.
Five-people should encourage for banking services.
Sixth-banking system should be liberal,easy,smooth and in reach.
Seventh-internet facility must be world class for atm transactions.
Eighth-provide electricity all corners of india.
Nineth-increase limit of atm transaction.
Tenth-people should be learnt about benefit of banking.
Eleventh-local level banking should facilitate like village banking through bc.
