I like your style now, Ronin. I'll admit, when I first saw you, you were (for lack of a better word) overly confident. Now you seem more humble and informative, good video guys.
yep in the morning I usually start with my number 3 dialator to stretch it open a bit more, but then at night i need at least the number 5! and its healing nicely. there isn't much blood coming out anymore of it.
Awesome! Thanks GMR you guys have really helped become a shooter not a player when I play airsoft and really focus on tactics and streamlined gear instead of long range bulky gear
Great video guys. On a side note, I was always a fan of the 6094B, but felt it was a little too bulky on the sides. We never modded those to slick though. But That was my mountain carrier. I like how you are pretty mission specific with your kit. I always had 2 or 3 vests/rigs. a Mountain/Hiker, A CQB, and A comfort/low profile (RRV set). So its interesting to see you guys apply your slick sets to everything. But the 6094B was my favorite, and I privately purchased after I got out for fun/nostalgia. Great Video. Thanks for enhancing the community.
I love this channel, I loved watching your guys' videos but you gotta get more out there. Let's see some game play from you guys on the field. I miss that stuff.
I really like this mod, and I think I'm going to change my setup and play style more to fit it. I also seem to have the same problem with the breathing restriction with the airlight system. I also like the idea that this system could be reversed very easily without a hitch.
Two questions: 1. What are your opinions on the Flyye JPC? I'd love some Crye, but college n stuff 2. Have yall evaluated or considered the Crye Zip-On Assualt Panel?
Hey dude, haven't used the Supafly JPC but I am sure it's more then good and constructed in the same styling and manner. I am sure there are some good reviews of it floating around. Haven't used the zip panel either but the concept is attractive to some people so they can slick down and gear up quickly. We have been working on something internally to fit our needs, should release some info soon. Thanks.
Love the videos and information given and I say thank you foremost. I'm new to the world of milsim and I enjoy it. I'm not into airsoft but learn a lot from you guys. Thanks again for the channel and the information and what you guys do. BIG SALUTE TO GREEN MOUNTAIN RANGERS......
Have you considered using both the skeleton C-bund over top the pig elastic? Or even Cutting the Original Skeleton C-bund and sewing 2-3 columns of molle onto the pig C-bund (hell If done right you could even make it so the molle section is removable from the elastic). That way If you wanted to run any other molle pouches without having them sit directly on the front profile of your carrier you still could.
have you guys ever looked into the PIG BRIG system? given that you don't ten anything on the upper molle on the plate carrier, I feel like the modularity, and incredible low profile aspect of it would suite you well. slick sides, slick front, and the ability to add a very low profile 3 or 4 mag chest rig (which is basically Velcro tubes with KYWI inserts, or a molle CR for whatever else you need. I personally love mine, easily the my favorite PC I've ever owned
Hey Ronin, I wanna ask what kind of face protection do you guys run? I kind of like the face protection that you guys use because I'm using a mesh mask and it's very annoying when I aquire targets. I live in Hong Kong so there is no restrictions on full head protection but I still want to be safe. Thanks for helping me out and I love your videos. You have tons of fans in Hong Kong too.
Hey Douglas, this is such an important point that airsoft as a whole has overlooked. Personally, I am 100% against face protection, and objectively let me explain my reasoning. I began playing when basic shooting glasses was the norm, and anything else was viewed as unacceptable. I had many early encounters getting shot in the face from 400 fps plus guns from extremely close and full auto, and honestly it is something that educated me, it made me examine how I entered situations and placed the pain compliance fear into my nature. I take personal responsibility every time I roll into a room, I know the dangers and it is up to me to protect myself. So I guess my "face protection" is my training, technique and teamwork. It makes you play with a certain level of respect for the "sport". Now if you compare that to the mass influx of new players who never known the discomfort of 3-5 shots to sensitive areas of your face, they have no concept of the risk in entering a room. They have zero fear and zero liability if they make the wrong play. This is one of the major downfalls in the progression of airsoft. If you asked me, I would say that any "national" or competitive game should restrict any type of face barrier for participants. If people want realism and honest play the first thing should be taking away is people's false sense of security. If this new trend was implemented, airsoft would literally change overnight. When we meet other players and see them wearing nothing like we do, I automatically have respect for them and take notice. Thank you the question and hopefully you can understand my perspective. Best method to being safe, is playing safe and calculated. If you are concerned about your teeth them maybe a moldable mouth piece is best and you will still get all the cheek weld and target acquisition benefits you are looking for. Thank you for watching our videos and asking intelligent and informed questions.
hey, Ronin. I'm already working on mine and a friend wants to do one, but doesn't have the elastic cummerbund. however, I did (got it off of my TAG quick release PC. I don't have another set. do you know where I could find a set for him?
Hey Ronin, I was just curious and wanted to know what kind of plates you guys run in your JPCs? Do you guys use real plates, training plates, plastic plates or even foam plates? Which one do you think would give the best feel an maneuverability?
Please post game play sometime soon! You guys are like the Seal Team Six of the Airsoft Community, I miss seeing videos you guys operating on the field.
Calm down dude, You are looking into this way farther then need be sir. It seems like GMR hurt you in some way previously because you decided to go out of your way to write a paragraph in responce to criticize them and my comment. And what do you mean taken the game to far, its called mil SIM for a reason -.-
Military simulation nuff said, it's meant to be acted out down to the smallest detail possible. Everyone that plays in any mil sim event impersonates some military faction/branch whatever that nation maybe. If you feel so strongly that gmr can't dress up like devgru or seal team 6 and operate effectively and fluidly on the field because it's disrespectful to veterans, u should prob go rant on other videos involving any other top tier milsim airsoft team that "acts like seal team 6," similarly to gmr. The other teams you find may not be as disrespectful as gmr as you claim, but most copy military tactics and loadouts like seal team 6 which is clearly disrespectful to do so in your opinion.
This is exactly what i need for my jpc but are you still using the PIG pontoon set? Some people say it's less comfy without the pontoons but i'm not sure... Tnx
I was curious if you guys run plates in your plate carriers when you're playing airsoft (for realism), and if so, what kind? Thanks- I've enjoyed your videos.
We don't wear them for realism, the weight and balance of the vest is better with them. The vest feels more stable and your posture must compensate for bearing, I just feel more natural carrying the filled vest. Medium shooters from various companies.
You guys should start selling your mods on your site. It didn't seem that it took too long so if someone can wait a couple extra days they can get either the JPC or the 6094a with this pre-installed. Where do you guys get the elastic cummerbund? is it still the Eagle industries one?
Now was those really peq 15 on y'all real Ar15 or the airsoft ones and if they are the airsoft ones how do they hold up good bad or are they just for looks
Gone? Oh no, we stopped sharing our experience as it seemed it was being taken for granted. We recently decided to re-allow others to see what we are creating and building. Enjoy.
Yes, we still have the LBT vests, the JPC is just something we purchased to test and evaluate. Both vests are great and either one would impress you. We make the kydex inserts, it's a product we developed internally and have them available for others to purchase if they choose. You can visit gmrgear.com.
Will work exactly as intended with airsoft mags or live. Have tested and used it with PMAGS, huge assortment of GI production, HK, different polymer and so on. Pretty much any M4 profile mag it will accept.
two questions, are all these the same size? and what size are they? i figure they are sized to your personal size, they just seemed quite small on the video and couldnt really tell.
The Crye JPC is sized to the plate it will be carrying, not to the user's body type. But I am 6'2 and 195 lbs athletic build and wear a medium JPC, and use a medium cut plate with it. Other guys who are stockier then me in the crew use the medium as well, I find this is generally the optimal size for vest coverage and dexterity in movement. The JPC looks very tiny because it is in reality, it is really just the plate real estate where some other vests like the LBT or some of the other carriers has some fringe fabric and are cut more generously. Nice thing about the elastic cummerbund is that it will allow the vest to be adjusted very tight and secure but still allow for a lot of movement and expansion.
***** thanks yeah i have had a 6094 for years but want to switch over to the jpc, the shouldering was annoying on the 6094, it never felt solid on my shoulder and i want to achieve low drag. the jpc fits all of what I need. thanks for the tutorial on the jpc- PIG mod, ill definitely do that to my jpc when I get it. Thanks again

It has the same construction to my inspection so I would say it should fit the same. I will try and find someone with a CPC to check and make sure. Hi Ronin, First Off.... Big Fan. I had a sort of odd and funny question. Are you guys in Massachusetts? Because for some reason on the Massachusetts airsoft forums, it says you guys run out of MASS.
R.I.P to all the JPCs for kids who didnt know what they were doing
What’s a JPC for kids? I’m not very knowledgeable of plate carrier stuff yet
I like your style now, Ronin. I'll admit, when I first saw you, you were (for lack of a better word) overly confident. Now you seem more humble and informative, good video guys.
The shoulder change is so mesmerizing
Gravity.exe is not responding
yep in the morning I usually start with my number 3 dialator to stretch it open a bit more, but then at night i need at least the number 5! and its healing nicely. there isn't much blood coming out anymore of it.
Awesome! Thanks GMR you guys have really helped become a shooter not a player when I play airsoft and really focus on tactics and streamlined gear instead of long range bulky gear
I don't usually sew, but when I do I bring a pistol with me :)
Always be prepared.
***** JPC Master Race. How will you go to ops?
Hey gmr i was wondering what happened to you guys uploading training and milsim videos?
Great video guys.

What an ingenious mod for THE JPC.

It's great to see you guys back on the map! Awesome stuff!
Not gonna lie, I did this to my Crye jpc a couple months back. Makes it 10 times better IMO
Hi Ronin. Quick questions: What do you guys use for plates inside your carriers? What would you recommend as far as replica plates?
Thank you for the video. I missed you guys
I really like this mod, and I think I'm going to change my setup and play style more to fit it. I also seem to have the same problem with the breathing restriction with the airlight system. I also like the idea that this system could be reversed very easily without a hitch.
Hopefully the GMR haters saying they don't shoot real steel see the vid and shut the hell up good work fellas keep grinding it out
Two questions:

2. Have yall evaluated or considered the Crye Zip-On Assualt Panel?

Great video. Thank you and keep making new videos and playing!
Regards from Europe.
Gotta love the nas backing song...big fan from the uk!!!
Thanks, thought it fit for the tone of the vid.
The moment we have all been waiting.
Very Informative, I plan on doing this with my Tan Avengers JPC with Black over Tan Style Loadout.
Great mod Ronin, this is hella dope son.
We’re do you get the cumberbund at
Are you guys coming back with some gameplay? I love your guys rebelliousness when you play.

Thanks for helping me out!
By the way, for the balaclava you guys wear, does it help ease the pain a bit?
Douglas Lau Not at all, the Under Armor heat gear bala is so thin. We just wear it to conceal the Unit individuals and make us one group.
Oh I see. Thanks again for answering and hope to see more awesome videos!
Definitely going to get that kydex insert
hey, Ronin. I'm already working on mine and a friend wants to do one, but doesn't have the elastic cummerbund. however, I did (got it off of my TAG quick release PC. I don't have another set. do you know where I could find a set for him?
Loving "one mic" in the background.
Lol you guys are alive!!!!!
Hey guys. Just out of curiosity, why don't you run those Ten-Speed mag pouches you had on your 6049as on your JPCs?
they do just didn't have it on during the making on the film
i like the new mod it lets you move more freely. which is exactly what i want
Hey Ronin, I was just curious and wanted to know what kind of plates you guys run in your JPCs? Do you guys use real plates, training plates, plastic plates or even foam plates? Which one do you think would give the best feel an maneuverability?
S Medlin I'd recommend the pts plates for feel as they are flexible and breath
Where you get the HUGE size PEQ-15?????? Its very cute!!!!!!!!
Shit, I'm half tempted to pick up a jpc and the Ferro Concepts cummerbund and do this.
I just did lmao soon as the video was over
Yay, Your back!!!
Why he look like Jim Halpert? from the Office and from The Soldiers of Benghazi LMAO

What is the size of this jpc and SAPI plates that you are using on the jpc?
Hey gmr have any of your jpc ripped from stitching them just wondering because I might do this to my jpc
Would the measurements on where to cut for the elastic cummerbund be the same on a repro like the avengers jpc?
Hey ronin, how many guys are on gmr as of now? Will you guys post any footage/training videos soon?
Where is the last place your guys have played at?
Is that a peq15 ballon in the back lol
Nice mods, I'm thinking about doing them myself. How well does your insert hold an AK or SCARH mag?
This is exactly what i need for my jpc but are you still using the PIG pontoon set? Some people say it's less comfy without the pontoons but i'm not sure... Tnx
they do run the pontoons
hey ***** what kinds of glasses (with insert) do you have? i need new shooting glass (with insert) i use prescript. glass normally.
best regards
+Daniel Clemmensen - He's wearing Oakley M-Frames with the Oakley Helo Kit.
Can you do another loadout video because you guys have changed quite a bit since last one
I was curious if you guys run plates in your plate carriers when you're playing airsoft (for realism), and if so, what kind? Thanks- I've enjoyed your videos.

So are you gonna update your website with the new rooster?
Could you do a review of your airframe and wilcox mhrs nvg mount?
Thanks.
Don't mean to hate, but are you guys giants or just use tiny plate carriers?
both
Sorry I just saw the lower comment where it says you do sell them. Disregard my question.
Will this modification affect the use of real steel plates??
+ACE062 not at all
What's that 1 point sling you guys use in the video?
Damn good shit guys !! Keep it up!!
What plates do you use in your kit? I have some crappy chinese "toy" plates but I dont think they are to correct dimensions...
I think they use real plates. Toy Soldier plates are to scale. I use mediums in my medium JPC.
i was wondering why you guys don't have any squad automatic weapons on the team.
Yup I need this.
what type of elastic cummerbund do you guys use
the pig one
Now was those really peq 15 on y'all real Ar15 or the airsoft ones and if they are the airsoft ones how do they hold up good bad or are they just for looks
Insight Class I ATPIAL PEQ-15.
where do you guys get your MAP packs from?
Our Minimaps are a new project that we will be discussing soon.
What kind of fields do you guys usually play at?
What ever happened to you guys, gone for more than a year?
Gone? Oh no, we stopped sharing our experience as it seemed it was being taken for granted. We recently decided to re-allow others to see what we are creating and building. Enjoy.
Why do you cut the velcro on the sides of the cummerbund?
What sewing machine are you using in this video?
also 1 more thing the kydex insert u guys run in your vests, iv been looking if anyone else sells it and they don't so I would like to buy 1 maybe 2
Yes, we still have the LBT vests, the JPC is just something we purchased to test and evaluate. Both vests are great and either one would impress you. Hey, what 226 do you use? is it the WE? And do you ship your GMR product to the UK?
Hey, do you guys sell your kydex mag inserts?
do u guys still have your lbt 6094as
It would be awesome if you had these for sale. Nice video!
or do the simple mod your self took me 30 minutes
does the cummerbund comes with the plate carrier?
No
Would your insert work with real PMAGs, GI mags? I'm looking at getting one
Will work exactly as intended with airsoft mags or live. Have tested and used it with PMAGS, huge assortment of GI production, HK, different polymer and so on. Pretty much any M4 profile mag it will accept.
Joshua Freeman how bout sapi plates or ar500 plate fitment
What and how was the insert made for the magazines?
Its for sale on their website
What size jpc are you guys running?
What size needle are you using in the machine?
where can i buy the elastic cummerbund?
two questions, are all these the same size? and what size are they? i figure they are sized to your personal size, they just seemed quite small on the video and couldnt really tell.
Need help. Where can I get cummerbund and when I do the inside out is where I got lost

could u guys put this up on sale on your website
love the inflatable Peq in the background
Will the JPC insert work in a CPC or do I need to get the 6094 insert for it.
Good question, I haven't handled a CPC so I can't confirm it 100% but I just was looking at the Crye website and the front kangaroo looks identical to the JPC. It has the same construction to my inspection so I would say it should fit the same. I will try and find someone with a CPC to check and make sure. The 6094A is slightly different and I don't put certain body cuts on it so if anything the JPC version is what you most likely want. Email us and we can figure it out. Thanks.
Awesome thanks
AOR airsoft CPC? lucky...
Hi Ronin, First Off.... Big Fan. I had a sort of odd and funny question. Are you guys in Massachusetts? Because for some reason on the Massachusetts airsoft forums, it says you guys run out of MASS.
