Could you please make a video on a "youth preservation plan" where you outline step by step which procedures to do when, and how often, starting in your mid 30s or so please? I know it's different for everyone, but maybe just the basics that would generally apply to everyone? Thanks in advance!!

    1. Botox
    2. BBL or IPL (broad band light) for brown and red spots
    3. Filler
    4. micro needling
    5. Halo laser (targets dark spots and also reduces dullness)

Thank you Dr. Karam for this very informative and educational video. It is very helpful when trying to decide what to do at any given time. Could you address procedures that might apply to Black Women. The red and brown spots we don't have to worry about but there are some things we do worry about like frown lines in the forehead and the lines between the brows. No one seems to realize that we like the videos also.

i'd add mesotherapy with skin boosters/stimmulators (like polynucleotides or PLLA, or PCL). it boosts skin to a a greater level than microneedling, as it both damages the skin, causing reparir processes to start, and additionally repairs the skin with the skin boosters.

Such a great informative video. I had a course of various laser treatments (that I won in a competition/ case study.) I went wanting to reduce deep lines and aging and I was chosen to sort out my rosacea that I didn’t know I had at the time. The difference was phenomenal over the course of 8 treatments. I did some kind of laser against the dark unsightly (aging) brown spots on my chest and it did a wonder, even now 9 yrs later, the brown spots I had on decolteé are hardly visible. YAY! I did a test with the YAG laser for spider veins and it made an ugly scar. I definitely would recommend people to do a test before doing a whole session of something especially on face.

Can you do a video on Botox resistance? Why is my Botox only lasting a month?

I was poisoned by levofloxacin and lost all the collagen in my skin like overnight. my skin aged to a 70 year old at 45. it's the worst. along with other side effects, including massive allergic responses, making botox and other injections a place of wariness per my doc. I've done a peel routine via doc, laser rfl and micro needling. nothing made one bit of a difference. I have started gua Sha and using retinol oil and aloe Vera which seems to help a bit

Do you do 1 round of microneedling every 3-4 months or 3 round back to back months? I always hear the 3 rounds back to back months but then don’t know when to go back. Would love your opinion!

Im a little bit suprised that u not mentioned ultherapie, its litterly if not the only non invasive treatment that getbat the deepest skin layer

UL therapy is horrible. I had it done last year in December and all it did was melt the little bit of fat I had left on my face. Unfortunately I read other peoples reviews on it afterwards and found I’m not the only one that experienced fat melting as a result of UL therapy. Anyone considering it, DON’T DO IT.
