This is a fantastic cast of people to pull for this stream. Though I did wish that Brian T Delaney was able to make it. Really loved his and Matty's chemistry.
Having played not only Fallout 4 but also Mass Effect as many of us have, I have such respect and love for all of them, bringing to life so many amazing characters, with their own personality and motivations and backgrounds, I thank you all for giving it your all and deliver an amazing experience! Fallout 4's companions are without a doubt, a big highlight of the game x)
@@roxqu Hey! Unfortunately I haven't been able to play it, but from what I gather the remaster is great, few bugs here and there and some issues with the PC port directly but they'll probably patch those. Aside from that I think the legendary edittion is the way to play ME now.
I really wasn’t sure about the voiced protagonist til I played the game, but the scene with Nora and Codsworth in sanctuary, the emotion and the obvious effort that went into the voice acting had me sold from that moment on, I hear the argument about silent protagonist and I get it from an RP point of view, but for me the voice acting is an essential part of the game and I just couldn’t do without it.
Voice acting works really well in a more realistic settings and I appreciate it when games do it. No voice acting seems more suited for fantasy settings where the protagonist only has to shout during combat.
That's the same reason I prefer named protagonists over "Choose you name" player characters. It makes the dialog flow better I find. "I owe it all to this guy." vs "I owe it all to Nate."
Wish my boi Kellog got some time to talk. Such a good character. Would’ve been cool to hear him talk about it. The memory den sequence is still my favourite part, can listen to that guy for hours. His delivery was amazing
When Matty mentioned the G.O.A.T. in Fallout 3 it brought a smile to my face, as I listen to this video I'm currently having a hell of a time modding and stabilizing Fallout 3
Wonderful panel - really well done Matty. Hearing the characters behind my favorite and most played game was a real treat. Seeing and hearing Kate & Piper in particular, who were / are my most often played companions was a real mind trip, but wait no Curie? (Sophie Cortina) - would have loved to have had her there as well. I see some of the "purist" comments below from some about the merits of FO4, each to their own I say - I will always have a soft spot for FO4 and still play it actively today - I have hundreds of games, FO4 along with a few Mass Effect games are the only ones I have stuck with for years... I am glad this video will be around so I can watch it again.
It's so surreal to listen them outside of the game. Peter Jessop also did Miraak in Skyrim. Stephen Russell did a ton of stuff in Skyrim. Including Mercer Frey. Wes Johnson also did some. And those girls are so pretty!
Impressive gathering of very talented actors. Thank you for giving me over 5,000 hours of entertainment over multiple replays and continued entertainment.

Yeah 76 makes me very concerned about Elder Scrolls. Between 76 and a couple of other things that Bethesda has been pulling recently I don't trust them to handle Elder Scrolls well right now. Hopefully I'm wrong.
