The 87 5.0 GT convertible with the fake louvers on the tail lights, white body with grey trim w blue accents. Epic car. Probably the best convertible ever built. I graduated that year, there was a girl that got that exact car for graduation. It was beat by 92.

My brother and I were just discussing electric fans a few days ago.
Out of at least 10 Foxbody Mustangs between us, the biggest regret that we have had was installing electric fans on virtually every one.
Do not bother.
Do you regret the job in general. Or the results you got from elec vs stock?
@@kingdappa5485 There was never any benefit to installing electric fans; no improvement in cooling/performance/sound/anything.

electric fans done work great, us New Edge owners done have to worry about installing these, already have
them. It makes for better room, but I make up for it on my 97 F150 a big oh metal clutch fan that will jack
those fingers up. Can't wait to see that intake install, hopefully no backyard crap on this one.

It’s not you… I put the exact same kit together and had the same problem….!!! It’s aggravating for sure….especially after you pay the money and expect it to be right….

Good fans, keeps the turbo 363 cool on a 30 deg day in BC , great video brother. Lots of good points and tips for anyone installing one in the future! I was hesitant on cutting the tabs also lol

I imagine those fans work amazingly! I've got a single electronic fan on my 351 swap and it stays at 170° on a hot day.

Put these and the Dakota Digital controller in my Mark VII last summer when I did the heads/cam/Terminator X in it. They work pretty well so far. We shall see how they do over the summer on the way to Motorcity Foxfest 😁🤘

Question: Why not a Mark VÌII fan and a DCCONTROL pwm fan controller. Oopsy...I should watch the video first.
So before I go to bed, the Ron Davis and early Fluidyne don't have slots for the convenient "S" clips either. The single Mark VIII fan is superior to the dual Contour fan. In performance and ease of installation alone its clear to the installer and owner. Pulse width modulating the high speed winding of the dual speed high output motor is where the debate is over. With ac on 50% fan speed is nominal untill coolant temperature takes over.....look into it. If you're skeptic, I'll remove the 15 year old controller currently in use(and NEVER skipped a beat)and send it to you for the PEPSI challenge.
I did the dakota digital fan controller, and its pretty good. I like the bluetooth app you can use. But after a couple years of use I think I would have rather went with a pwm fan controller instead. I just think the infinite controll is a little nicer then just on or off.
