Love the squeeze bottles with pre-mixed, important colors. A teacher we met was asked to define "subtle contrast" and she answered, "When you mix a color you like and inevitably fail to re-mix it, the difference between the two is a subtle contrast. Jess, this is a masterpiece! Love that the headphones are on you too in the painting! I always close my eyes when smelling flowers. It’s hard to pass up beautiful flowers on my walks. ( always check for bees first! ). And it does help one to focus more on the scent when the eyes are closed! Looking forward to your next sequel to this one ! 💖

When I first came across your channel I was so drawn to it I binge watched it like it was the only one on UA-cam. Not anymore. To help keep the paints wet, it is also important not to rinse your brush with water. Water causes your paints to dry quicker. Wipe the paint off your brush, dip it in an acrylic wetting agent, then wipe your brush again.

I’m inspired by this process of yours to paint a portrait this large for a family member who’s lost a loved one. Through these videos, I’ve learned a lot of tips on letting the canvas and paint to do their own thing, but also on exploring different styles and mediums. Great work, Jess! I had to listen to this video twice because it was so calming and insightful, and I just had a feeling that drove me to click replay. Jess, I love this video and the mindfulness and calmness you exude:) Although the creation process until a picture is finished is a little struggle inside. Awsome! Not just your painting but also the video and your process. A lot of things you said are spoken from my heart. Thank you! I learned to jugle in scool I was a kind of kindergarten teacher (in Germany its a little different) and ouer timetable included jugling 😁we were told to try to throw the balls in the same hight we starded with only one ball to get a feeling for the hight (the line of you ey brows kind of) then two balls and then three.
