Kerzel Hit n Miss Trial

After months of trying, I am finally getting this model engine to run, albeit for short periods!
Before finishing the project I needed to know if it would run and it has taken considerable time finding all the variables that can stop it actually running. It sounds Hit and Miss even though I have not fitted the governor mechanism so there is still work to do. When it does run reliably I can work on the paint and polish side of things.
Any experienced Kerzel / H&M makers help is most appreciated.
