I actually really love this and you did a phenomenal job. The song is about an abusive relationship and the girl needing an “exorcism” to free herself from her “demon” (aka her abuser). It’s all a metaphor and it plays it very well. In the eyes of a victim, the abuser can be seen as a monster or a *demon* . “He speaks for me now.” The girl expresses how she has no free will of her own and that her abuser is dictating her life. “Let me die.” She’s in a pit of despair and depression. He’s physically harming her to the point she thinks he will kill her and since she feels she can’t escape, she’d rather die. “Exorcists can’t save me” / “I need an exorcism.” She *wants* help but may feel like she isn’t in a safe position to reach out, the process won’t be quick enough to protect her, and/or no one would believe her. As someone who’s been in a physically, mentally, and emotionally abusive relationship, I can totally feel for this girl. Mine wasn’t as extreme to the point I felt like he may kill me, but it did severely affect me and my relationships after the fact.
The parts where you described that "She isn't in a safe position to ask for help", along with the fact that it talks about an exorcism, reminds me of the fact that an REAL Exorcism is not *SAFE* at all. So even if she asked for help and got that help, she could still be in danger.

So, in the subtitles,some of it is cursive and some of it is the default font. I feel like the cursive font is the demon talking. Then the default font is when the girl is trying to break out and tell you what is happening
The thing that offputs me about this and confuses me is in the beginning it's the cursive font that says "You possessed me" and things of that nature, also wit doesn't seem to make sense for her to call herself worthless and dissuade people from helping...

Seriously, this is stupendously well done. I've never seen The Exorcist, but you can really feel the pain and suffering this poor little girl is going through in this song. The lyrics are catchy and amazing, and you do a fantastic job capturing the agony and inner conflict going on within the possessed girl.
I'm not sure what the meaning for this song is for everyone, as people interpret songs in their own way. But, with me, this song really hits me hard. I was in an extremely toxic relationship, and this song explains exactly how I felt. Toxic situations are so hard to get out of, especially when it has to do with love. Because you love that person so much, you have so much faith in them... But it's even worse when they control you, they get into your head, and you're an easy target for them... Shits tough man... I'd like to guess that the lyrics without any font on them is the other person -- the 'he' -- speaking through her, in a sense. Like the main character is speaking out loud, but it's what the 'he' wants her to say. Meanwhile the more fancy font is either our main characters thoughts or what she wants to / is saying. okay so heres my theory
So. Her boyfriend was was nice but one day he just suddenly turned abusive and rude. He ended up dying, now he controls his girlfriend, he is now a demon so "blocked by the voice of the demon inside" she wants to get fixed but her demon boyfriend keeps trying to stop that. Whenever she tries to leave the house the demon/her boyfriend hurts her from the inside. Her friends try to help her then she says "keep your voice down or he'll hurt me" meaning if they talk loudly about trying to fix her she will get hurt. 2:23 is her boyfriend talking for her. 3:12 is them fighting

Seriously, this is stupendously well done. I've never seen The Exorcist, but you can really feel the pain and suffering this poor little girl is going through in this song. The lyrics are catchy and amazing, and you do a fantastic job capturing the agony and inner conflict going on within the possessed girl.

I'm not sure what the meaning for this song is for everyone, as people interpret songs in their own way. But, with me, this song really hits me hard. I was in an extremely toxic relationship, and this song explains exactly how I felt. Toxic situations are so hard to get out of, especially when it has to do with love. Because you love that person so much, you have so much faith in them... But it's even worse when they control you, they get into your head, and you're an easy target for them... Shits tough man... I just really appreciate this song for that reason. This is a really good cover too by the way.

The whole song is basically describing a toxic and possessing relationship, right? The pre-chorus has lyrics like "he is speaking, speaking for me", which I believe means that she doesn't have much of a say in anything. I'd like to guess that the lyrics without any font on them is the other person -- the 'he' -- speaking through her, in a sense. Like the main character is speaking out loud, but it's what the 'he' wants her to say. Meanwhile the more fancy font is either our main characters thoughts or what she wants to / is saying.
Im unsure on what the other two fonts signify, but im tired and its brainrot hours atm
