    Happy New Year! Good to see you're doing well. Me too, I was diagnosed with rrMS in March 2013 and haven't had a relapse in soon to be seven years.

    You made my day 🤗 Today I have been so anguished and depressed but your channel gived me joy and hope. I Haven had MS for 13 years. My med (gilenya) have worked very well. Now me and my husband desided we want to have a baby so I stoped the medicine. Now, 6 months, my symbtoms have beed really terrible. My whole body is numb, I haven had dizziness and double immages. First my left leg, then right leg didn't work well. Now I have also 10 tic sposts on the face. My doctor said I have had a luck, because the relaps is propably in the spine. Now I am finally pregnant, but ofcorse I worry that how I can take care of the baby if those symbtoms won't go away 😓 And what about after birth. I haven't had any help from neurology and I have been so alone with all this things. I haven't get any physiotheraby or anything.
    I really like your positivity and energy. About diets have you heard about Dr Whals protocol or ketogenic diet? If you have, what do you think about those? 😊

    Honestly, anything you share I will watch. My son is had a flare up recently in the middle of this horrible virus outbreak and we can’t see a neurologist for a while. He isn’t diagnosed yet but it seems to be MS. I find much comfort in listening to you and your experiences. Thank you for sharing.

    After 8 month after the relapse that almost got me paralysed, now i can finally jog on the treadmill again! During my relapse on march both of my legs went stiff and after that walking is so hard bcs both of the legs feels so heavy. Saw your previous workout video and that motivates me to start going on the treadmill again ❤️
