- Hello my healing huns,
This video is a little blast from the past but when I originally shared a picture of the banana breakfast muffins I made on my instagram - people wanted to see the recipe so here (if not 6 months later) it is!

Breakfast Banana Muffin Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 Chia Egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 4 tbsp water, left for about 10 minutes until the mixture turns jelly-ish)
3 spotty ripe bananas - mashed
1 tsp baking powder + baking soda
Splash of vanilla extract
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup coconut sugar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Tiny pinch of pink himalayan salt
Cinnamon
3/4 cup dairy-free milk
1/2 cup almonds - ground to make a flour
1 + 1/2 cup gluten free flour (I used brown rice)
1 + 1/4 cup oats
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and place into lightly oiled muffin cases.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Extras:
1 tbsp maca powder
2 tbsp flaxseed blend
1 tsp of fruit compote on top of each muffin (or could use frozen fruit)
Nuts for on top (walnuts would be good)

I loved this video Izzy!! The meal ideas you shared were fantastic! I especially loved the muffins you made 😍 I could honestly eat them right out of the screen they looked so good 😋🤤 And adding the chia seeds to them is a great hit of protein and omega 3 fats! So great to eat after a workout 💪 I can't wait to try them out myself! 🤩 If you're interested, I have a Channel myself, and I make vegan gf recipes too which I share on there if you'd like to see them 😘❤ Otherwise, your video was absolutely fantastic! Hey Izzy I have Balance Problems and it feels like my feed are not realy connected to me. After every carb meal i feel tired but low carb absolutely not work for me. Can u tell me how long you was into the programm until your symtoms stopped getting worse?And how long was it until u got better? Best wishes Ben
Hi Ben, sorry to hear this! Every body is different and yours might just be taking a longer time to heal but don't give up hope! Try doing some balance/coordination exercises - at first they feel awful but they do work!

I don't eat meat and avoid dairy, but do eat fish. I have eaten this way for 3 years and feel amazing!
@@IzzyMS Thanks Izzy. This sounds like something I could sustain. Post diagnosis I cut out all processed foods, sugar, gluten, diary, meat and caffeine. Probably a good gut cleanse, but it made eating out and food with my family a bit🤐🤐 tough!! Pleased you are feeling great. I have taken great positivity from your journey. Good luck.xx
