    I would say buy here for around 8500 rate . Still better than greno west .. locality and project. Not so much congestion roads are wide .

    registry is on hold for sector 150 by Noida authorities since 2021, what is the status on the same for poor buyers

    Google maps showing Yamuna river at just 700mts away from the project, Hindon river is also near by. There is high risk of the flood. How is it even approved there?

      Between River and project there is a bandh road( which is pretty heighted). If Yamuna crosses that, even lutyen delhi isn't safe then.

      As confirmed by the developer's sales staff, the outer walls are constructed using aluminium shuttering, while only the internal walls are made up of fly ash bricks.

    This is not a Mivan project. The sales team is misleading. You can visit and see it is a brick construction.

      No. Project is getting developed using Mivan shuttering.

      All load bearing walls are mivan construction and non load bearing are made using brick. So it can be called as semi mivan
