Friends, you DONT trust this builder, you will only end up wasting your time and block your hard earned money for no good reason...had invested in one of his projects 10 years back...possession is still awaited....and no appreciation AT ALL in property prices....stay away....

Every builder is going crazy with the prices, even the ones with third rate quality. CRC is a good builder but the prices are way through the roof. I am sure soon there will be a time again where inventory would be lying unsold. Not sure if middle class would be willing to pay this much. I bought a house in Noida Extn for around 70 L 2 years back and the same builder is selling the remaining inventory for around 1.25 Cr. This is madness.

In your front, you have 4BHK towers and at your back, you have ACE divino and they are very closely placed. Your view is gone and no sunlight and ventilation as such for you guys. 3. Quality as well I didnt find upto the mark. 4. Considering location, green area, quality and positioning of towers, pricing should not be more than 7.5k. Now about the builder: 1. We all know the financial condition of ATS. Check with recently delivered ATS pristine folks. Check with ATS Rhapsody as well. They had to wait for more than a couple of year to get their incomplete flat delivered. 2. Staff of ATS is terrible. People like "Vivek Raizada" consider themselves like the king of universe and will treat you like you have committed some crime

Adjacent this project they have a corporate building covered entirely with glass. This building is huge and when it will be compleated it will emit so much heat in summers that people living in this apartment will experience hell on earth.
