I do most of my firewood cutting at night. With all the crime in the area, it keeps the creeps out of the area. I go out for a bike ride during the day and most people avoid me!
Did you change the shut off switch? Common problem with this model is flooding because it is easy to have the switch off and keep cranking on it until it is flooded and then you realize that you need to put the switch onto the start mode. You can change the switch to one that when you release it, it will automatically return to the start position.
I've had a 365xt for over a decade, I finally got around to doing the transfer/ 372 conversion and cut a couple gill slits the muffler. That sure added some snap!
Another great video with some good points Buckin! Love this saw for what it is. These saws work off of rpm not torque. These are still my favorite! Sounds great.
Just bought one of these saws this morning from a seller up in BC. My first chainsaw and hoping to get a lot of good work out of it once it gets down to me in Arkansas.
BBR, as an occasional firewood cutter (might be clearing land for a cabin in the future) which would recommend between the 572 and 372? I had a 181 for years and it was a great saw especially after opening up the muffler and porting, but just too heavy for me these days
Buckin, how many tanks of fuel do you go through before you either touch up your chain or swap it all together? I normally will swap it when I notice it’s not pulling through the wood anymore or if I hit 5 tanks of fuel. Whichever comes first
I’ve seen and learned a lot from your file videos my only question is do you fallow the factory angle or do you change it some I keep trying to move it around but I’m only out one day a week so it’s hard to really say what’s better with a week in between
Yes Donny should be able to sort a saw for you check out walkerssawshop.com you can contact the shop from there or you can try ask Donny himself on his most recent video here on UA-cam channel name is Donny Walker ✌️❤️🌲🪵🪓🐝
Hey Dr! It's a great saw. I just got a used 372xp for such a good deal from a guy who enjoys working on saws. I have a 28" bar and ironhorse exhaust. What bar do you run?
Buckin be careful what you say about just going over and connecting with people you like because if I'm not mistaken you have had some issues with people just showing up to your home trying to connect. Some people just don't know that there is a difference between connecting on UA-cam and connecting in reality.
I can't be cutting firewood everyday! But I can watch Buckin everyday!
Awesome
True about injuries. You baby them, they like it and never leave. As I am getting older living with pain becomes a real thing.
Now knowing the intro songs backstory makes it so much better! Who would have thought a random organ tune could be so good!
Right🕺
When Donny Walker puts his name on a saw you know it is the best it can be. Great job Donny 👍👍👍
Thank you🪵👍

You take care of yourself, ok? Good seeing you out there, no matter what. You never lie down as long as you can walk and talk.
We're working our way through 120 cord of hardwood using just a stock 372XP X-Torq, blocking 12, 14 and16" lengths. Works flawlessly.

I like it!! I don’t have much crime in my neighbourhood, but maybe a little preventative measure wouldn’t hurt. 😂
Saw sounds good. Nice pop in the idle. Donny always seems to put a nice touch on a cylinder.
It does! . Their recipe is world renowned. And nothing crazy actually
Much love Buckin!!🪵❤️
Great video as always. Sound of that saw is sweet music too me ❤

Well I’d like to do that. Is it a replacement switch from husqy or an aftermarket bit?
I was just felling some walnut with my 372xp this evening. Stock saw with 32" bar and full chisel, skip tooth chain. Its a solid saw!
Glad to see you pullin' em' over with "Leftie, the Farmhand!"
Love you all...❤❤❤

My absolute favorite saw. Love the sound of sheer power. You are gonna need some dip with those chips . That chain cuts flawlessly as usual.

That 372 is wicked buckin, you running round file or square ground
Nice powersaw !
Love Husqvarna.
Stand up and buck
Sounds amazing. It seems like the idle rpm is lower it sounds almost like an old 070. Is that because of what was done to the saw?
Ahwoooo 👍

32 or 36in bar please ? I'm 5; 10in. tall. not sure what length I need ... after 3 hours of bent over cutting... back pain really sinks in
