Fiend Folio monsters are so great. These creatures are terrifyingly off and familiar. The best combination IMO.

Nice list. Love the Death Knight. One of the creatures I really like from The Fiend Folio is the Slaad. Cool creature, I thought. Hope you check out my narration of my D&D story. It's in a Playlist, as is Book Two. No Slaad encounters yet though : )
