Were you referring to Smartworld The Edition in Sector 66, when said word "Locha"?
Nice information bro, but tell me once, the extension road you're talking about which has sectors on both sides, one of which you're referring to, and the other side includes Sector 56 (especially Sushant Lok 2) and also touches a portion of Sector 57 through the extension road, tell me about that. Plots and builder floors are being constructed there. Can investing in the middle-sized pocket there also lead to good appreciation?
Emaar urban oasis seems to be a good option if you get on a premium of 15-20lakhs on landing price. Do you agree ?

Sir, we have a 1650 sq ft 3 BHK +study + servant second floor in Emaar premier floors in sector 65 right across the world mark mall. We purchased it 2014 for 1crore 5 lacs. Presently it is for 2.80 crores. We have rented it out. Pls advice is it worth it to hold on and will prices go up further. Pls reply thanks

Builder floor is the worst financial decision very true
Premium builder floors with gated community and other features of club, gym, restaurant, in-house shops and swimming pool are good. Emaar premier floors is a better option in sector 65
