In this high market...I think no property is dead property.
People are selling and people are buying anything
Not sure about DLF and others but Sobha 108 construction is top notch. I have observed their construction, material, engineering very closely including their roof. For the benefit of all - Sobha has more than 6 layers of insulation on the roof. On top of that there are solar panels on the roof which would absorb all the heat. The difference between any other floor vs top floor of Sobha is 1 deg Cesius. I am sure DLF and other top builders would be doing the same but in my view top floors of high rises would command premium with newer gen only preferring top floor for privacy. Also top floors is always considered 'best' from Vaastu as it gets best sunlight and air plus there is no one on top of you i.e. no washrooms etc. Thanks Arvind for informative videos.

Kuch benifits bhi toh hai top floor ke kaise ventilation, noise, makhi macchar, don shadow by another floor and Mivan technology also helps to maintain the temperature.
So I don't think so 2nd last top floor mein koi issue hai? 5 Lakh cheap bhi milta hai toh cheery on the cake.

Ahead of time.. these are great benefits which people don’t realise. Coming time people pay high premiums for top floor. Sunlight is important for killing bacteria on other hand you feel more soggy smell on ground floor and lot of vehicles noise and dust.
😂😂😂 people love top floor and are paying high premiums 😅 top floor much better ventilation, far away from ground noise and dust, better view and balcony privacy, sun is important to kill bacteria according to vasto, view is much better and no mosquitos. I hate mosquitos.
