I have heard from some people in groups that Ganga Reality is demanding installment in affordable sector 5 even when construction is not completed and the banks have denied to disbursement the amount. People are saying Ganga Reality doing unprofessional practice and against Rera and TCP. CRM team also not responding.

Let's talk in 2026-2027. builders like Godrej has all traits of amrapali, unitech. Launching project in every nook and corner without delivering any in Noida. Ask Golf links and Godrej Woods project owners or best see it with your own eyes and visit site once.

One can hundreds of partnerships. How these partnerships are commercially structured is what determines execution. Don't understand the rush to launch another product. From what I see in Ganga Realty, it seems more marketing gimmicks than actual work.

selling dreams to mass audience. Their project in 85 will be built on only 5.5 acres of land and see how he is pitching it. For reference , Arbour and Privana are built on 30 acres of land each.
