I don't know why but George genuinely pondering about the Apple to Connor is really cool cause it really shows both their characters.
I think it represents a cold look at the fact that to a degree even the Founding Fathers had their own doubts about what they would achieve. There is an inherit human trade of always questioning the first time something happens.

I always liked how it's hinted the Mysterious figure Washington speaks to is alluded to be traces of the apple left in his subconscious and he rejects it. It shows the sort of man he is.

I never understood that side story theme. Connor never showed a desire for the apple. The sky journeys negative aspects should have been better written. That's what makes this dlc 9/10

I've played like 1 hr of AC3 and never thought it would end with Connor beating the shit out of King George Washington

A native guy telling George Washington that the true rulers are the people and proceeding to beat the piss out of him is a surprisingly bold choice from Ubisoft. Much respect for that decision
How?. Ever since the 60's there have been large portions of people in the U.S whom have a pretty big distain for it. For over 50 years by the point this game came out there would have been people who liked the story if for no other reason than becausr they dislike the U.S as a nation/heritage.

They did the same game in the original game, making the crusaders the bad guys when in real life the crusades were a direct retaliation to Islamic expansion into Europe. From the beginning assassin creed was anti western propaganda.

Everyone is paying attention to how they survived the fall. But how the hell did Washington’s crown not fall off this whole time.
A fall like on George would've killed him. Broken bones broken organs. Crushed. Rakoton(spelt wrong,and yes I know spelt isn't a word) should have survived it though.. maybe.. if he didn't break his spine. Let's say lore or no lore. Human muscle is strong. A strong padding to our innards. It maybe could not be fatal for connor

@@ShaneFlett George wasn't a scrawny man, and he had quite a few layers on, plus we could make up some headcanon crap that the apple gave George slightly more durability.
Realistically? The ONLY thing that kept Connor alive, was having George take the brunt of the fall. Connor had no additional layers for protection, it would have killed him.

The founding fathers where well aware of these corrupt European bankers and monarchs. The main reason the war of independence was fought was because America was trying to create its own banking system, and the colonists where already seeing taxes for goods from Great Britain increase America was divided up into the States so there couldn't be a sole ruling government, and the Federal Government was given limited power, also for these reasons again. But the European bankers and elite were not going to let rebel colonists have the VAST wealth of North America (especially when compared to Great Britain specifically in resources) because they lost a war! They had to use more subtle means. Mainly installing puppet leaders who with unparalleled financial backing (and the media) were elected and quickly set to trampling on the constitution in every way possible, from illegal foreign wars to illegal taxing on the people! All passed through corrupted politicians. All in the interest (if they knew it or not) to the foreign bankers and elite nobility. They've exploited The Asian worlds and Africa to a horrific level. Go listen to JFK talk about secret society's, he knew that America was being destroyed by these powers.

How are the faces remastered so well in the dlc but so bad in the main remaster ?
The DLC came a year after the game got released so the faces were already better than the base game, and i guess now it's because they improved those even further.
All they did was change the lighting for the remasters, Ubisoft is very lazy
@@fitzshawn5268 No they didn't, they edited out textures which is quite apparent and clothes in the game are definitely a lot better looking, they changed the hud making it easier to see enemies on the map and whether they are up high or on the same level as you, the weapon wheel is changed so instead of having to pause the game and go through an annoying weapon selection you just go straight into a weapon selection whilst also still seeing the game in the background, allowing for easier access. They also added double low profile kills into the game and they even gave you the ability to free aim weapons. This isn't some lazy remaster, it's definitely one of the better remasters out there.
Obsidian Warrior it’s the best AC remaster yeah, but if i wanted the best i could just ask the makers of Call of Duty because they put effort into theirs with low cost

One of the reasons why I like George Washington more than Simón Bolívar, he wasn't power-hungry and helped unite the 13 colonies, he wasn't completely innocent but he was a lot better than Simón Bolívar.

I don't play AC so you can imagine my immense confusion
So lemme see if I can't clear this up a bit. This is an alternate timeline of Assassin's Creed 3 (Mainly playing out in George Washington's and Connor's heads as a vision of what will happen if George holds the Apple's power.), where George Washington becomes a tyrant king. The mysterious man at the end is what's believed to be a figment of George's imagination, possibly caused by a bit of corruption from touching the Apple in the first place. It's kind of like his evil side, if you will. After their visions end, George tells Connor to get rid of the Apple as soon as he can, so that this timeline never comes true, and as you saw, Connor drops it into the depths of the ocean.
That outfit connor has on should have been available in the main game.

Because the powers was all in a illusion so it didnt really happen so it's impossible to have it in the main game

@@IsmaelCiulla as far as I know, connor meets faulkner in a bar in the dlc, convinces him to take connor to NY in exchange for the aquila, they then go to new york but they are under heavy fire, so connor decides to crash the ship against the enemy, while everyone else (including faulkner) abandons ship, faulkner is never seen or mentioned again after that (as far as I know).

I kind of hope Ubisoft makes another game about Connor where it shows him contending with the future of the Brotherhood and what he should do with it. Unfortunately Ubisoft made it so the story would end on the note of not knowing what happens to Connor as he’s left to stay on the Homestead while all he accomplish was helping colonist declare freedom from another nation, where they can now freely in slave and kill those who aren’t white folk. I’m fine if they don’t make another game about Connor when he’s older as the third game was already great and had a amazing ending, I’m just saying I would buy a next assassins creed game with him as the protagonist again if they did so. As long it isn’t rpg themed.
