About this game:

The ghost death reminds me of a dream I had some years ago after bingewatching a bunch of Isaac episodes: Ryan goes to the deal with the devil, sees brimstone, but he only has one heart and no extra lives; he then proceeds to grab the brimstone, gets a game over and says "it was worth it, I would rather have brimstone and not play the game than play the game and not have it".

One fine day with a woof and some fire, a baby was born that caused a little ire. No blue eyed turkey no three eyed frog, an adamantine canine little rock dog.
When I saw that paste set up, I knew what was coming...
I took it as a way to learn whether or not bear traps eat items too, considering in that situation I would just take it away before killing the spider, just in case lol.

3:45 - when you hop onto a wild turkey, it will never carry you through a 1 block high passage, so you could've tamed it right where it was. Not too big of a difference in this case, but in general it may be useful to keep that mechanic in mind
If we're talking minor optimizations, you can dismount with down+ jump

NL, you know if you have a cape, and a bottom exit for those spike areas, you can just drop anything with a down X, from one of the sides and it will break the stuff you can then grab onto, dont even need the cape.

Just here to do my daily volcaña shilling, if you get an early kapala you should absolutely go to volcana because you can get two vampires in one of the hired help rooms, and keep throwing him at them, you get double blood with cape and the vampires will heal themselves, you can do this to 99HP (Thanks XanaGear)

Hey NL, thank you for all the spelunks, they've been really fun to watch daily! I have a tiny tip for you re: arrow traps because based on the last few eps I think you might not be aware - if you walk in front of them while holding a body (either dead or alive, Monty or enemies), it'll shield you from the arrow, so you don't need to try and make the best throw with bodies possible, just proceed in front of the trap and you'll be fine.
It's just a tiny convenience thing but I noticed you waffling a bit a couple episodes ago on how to throw Monty to trigger a trap so I thought it might be useful!

I'm not saying I foresaw the paste play, but when I saw the trap open I was hoping it would ruin his day in some fashion.
That first shop is DEFINITELY one where you just gotta kill the shopkeeper. All four of those items are too good to pass up.

NL has gotta learn to steal from shop keepers and not kill them, that first shop was an EZ snatch. Just bring all the items to the front use a rope to disarm him and take his shotgun and just run. If ur taking a wearable item (a cape or jetpack) just hold that in ur hands when u throw up the rope. Then just run to the end of the level and make sure he doesn’t die on that floor
I'd really like to start seeing you do 2 things NL.
1. Let's get back at that "get to first base" mentality. Where you actively categorize what you need to set up a good run.
2. Utilize the bear trap as a weapon. It may take a little longer for a few things but I think it would genuinely help with the mindset of finding new avenues of forward progression.

As an avid rocket league player for years i believe the reason those people (you know who you are) dont play duels is because they cannot then blame someone else for their mistakes. They also dont have friends to play with because they are dicks that lack sportsmanship. Also nothing brings them joy and their entire self worth is about being better than you at rocket league.
