John John is so next level... The current WSL top 10 are nowhere near as talented as he is. He can do any air, or carve as big or bigger than anyone in the current crew, but when it get crazy like this event, he's consistently beyond reach.

Who else is watching in 2018😜
Growing up on an all-sand bottom, no reef, no rock, island, with my NollRider longboard, to have eventually been inside storm size Big Roundies; totally quiet inside the quiet. That was the life changer to develop knowledge, about the beauty of the wave -form, tubes, and about life itself. Then it's securely happy on the beach, clean and clear eyed, and the easy silence-sight. The breathing space. The life. From that, even walking in the jungle and the woods, you find the easy silence-sight. The breathing space. I've been inside tubes about medium big Teahupoo size; but totally Round, and flatter floors inside. That's the real mirage for the all-sand bottom longboard surfer; and that would mean Global Search action at all-sand bottom potential Roundy beaches. But I was there every day, from little boy age 2. Because of the inconsistency of all-sand bottom conditions as per size and Chop; the I went for 15 foot ShoreBreak Tube Slammers. But they are hard on the boards.
