- Hopefully this stops the rumours that i’ve had a nose job (& lied about it!) I’m just really good at contouring my nose lol! My nose is wide and the tip curves down (especially when I laugh), so I contour it in a way that makes my nose look thinner and more lifted. My nose is also a bit crooked and slopes off to the right, so when i contour it i take that into account too, and try to make it look straighter. It’s all about shade and light, so hopefully this video will help you guys! I wouldn't say i ‘love’ my nose, but i’m trying to like it for what it is, as a nose job would be expensive and sore lol! x

Stephanie, please don’t stop doing in-depths. A lot of us still need a proper diy makeup education and you actually provide that. I’ve watched you for a few years now and my makeup skills have been slowly improving. I love that you calmly explain your process to us and don’t make us ignorants feel stupid for not knowing how to do makeup properly like other “makeup gurus” on this platform

When I was a child I had this cute little nose and now I have a really long straight nose... Your nose can really change over time. Without surgery. Great video, have to try it for sure!!

I’m hated the way my nose was as a child, I prefer the nose now which is a somewhat wide nose, noticeable uneven nostrils if you look for it due to my mostly doing half smiles all my life, and a bridge. I love my side face though, some days it doesn’t even look like I have a bridge and my glasses hide it and evens my face a bit.
Its probably just because of your undeveloped maxilla, maybe you have a recessed chin? If so, fixing this will make your nose look better withoit even touching your nose
I am 6 seconds in. And the proof is right there. I know people have said things to you but I've always believed you. I watched you a long time, and you're the responsible one for making my lips better. And I'm not young either. I've tried things. I credit my lips to you alone. But this, confirms your status as makeup genius, but we didnt need a confirmation we already knew.

I know someone who was nicknamed Dumbo for her huge ears as a kid and she totally grew into them they looked completely normal later!
Getting a nose job is not crime...and your nose looks beautiful even without contouring;)
My ears were HUUGE on my head as a kid and now they're proportionate to my body and people don't even believe me when I say I used to get bullied for it in school 😂
@@arbalnadia6749 I agree. Nothing wrong with fixing something that makes you feel self concious. If she did ever get a nose job I'd be happy for her. So i dont think the people that have said that in the past are trying to be nasty its just what they believe. I do wish plastic surgery was less stigmatized because i think it can go a long way in making someone whos insecure feel better about themselves. My mom had something done and shes so much happier with how she looks now. So while yes it would be optimal to accept ourselves as we are, we still live in a world where people are very judgemental on peoples looks. And i can especially see the pressure an influencer would feel to have that type of perfection. So if Stephanie has or hasn't had surgery, as long as shes happy its good with me.
Love being able to watch the actual steps and see them take shape. It’s so hard to find these details and why they’re important. And as I feel like I get into doing makeup (again as we venture into the outside world) it’s nice to have these really in depth tutorials! Love this!!!

Gah, I got a slightly smaller version of my dad's nose too. My mum has the most beautiful long straight nose. Perfect shape and size. No need to watch contouring videos lol
Same! I look nothing like my mom! She is tiny, 5 '3 ish petite. Perfect nose. I'm 5'9 not huge but not super tiny either. I definitely got my dad's nose and features. The only thing I got from my momma was big boobies 😂😂😂

Your natural nose is perfect you always look so gorgeous, I don’t even think you need the contour! Your technique is amazing but it’s so nice to see unique features because so many people have the same face now days with the tiny upturned noses, people forget how stunning natural features really are 💖

You do a great job contouring your nose! It still looks natural, I see so many videos where people over-contour their nose and then it doesn't fit their face, or they already have a small nose, and the way they contour it makes it look way too small. The way you do it always looks nice!!

Love this !!! I also have a nose that points downwards which I find difficult to contour to make it look uplifted. Every nose is different so I’m so happy you made this. This looks super natural and not fake and “snatched” like other beauty gurus LOL Will definitely be using your tips from now on!
Lol! I'm the same girl & think my mom has the greatest nose ever also! I have a total of 6 siblings and not one of us was blessed with my mom's button nose. I have my dad's nose 100% but have grown to accept it now that I'm 31. Contour has definitely helped my confidence!

Im going to be practicing this one a few times before I venture out while I replay this. Yours looks fabulous but Ive seen some truly awful contouring which just draw attention to the nose! 😂 Because of that I've never tried to do it. Hopefully I'll get the hang it. I did the same with your hooded eye tutorials & it completely changed my makeup routine. Thank you my lovely. I’ve got a bulbous up-turned nose. When I contour just the tip I end up looking like Michael Jackson because my bridge is so slim 😂 instead I’ve be practising contouring just my bridge, making it look a bit wider to balance the tip.
Dont contour the already slim parts! Just put your two lines on the bulbous part lol!! x

I love this!! Honestly I think your natural nose is beautiful, and I don't see how it is crooked?!? I have a very big nose (with a wide bridge and big nostrils) and my nose is SUPER crooked because I broke it when I was younger. I have never been able to find a video that shows you how to contour both a crooked and wide nose so THANK YOU!

And I legit broke my nose when I was 8. I love contouring my nose. It does help. I like how you do yourself a lot. Made me realize I had it down but forgot how great the last little contour to make a button nose really helps

I’m 21 now, but I truly learned how to do make up by watching UA-cam videos as a kid. But one thing I’ve never been able to get the hang of is nose contour so I really appreciate the continuing to do in-depth make up tutorials!
