Air compressor will pop the grips off fairly easily
For the handlebars.. use adjustable pliers and twist, don’t pull.

@@CringeMotohaha yea same happened when I got the full grip throttle and the half grip didn’t want to come off, I was surprised. Did not hit the gym afterwards tho lol
