As a juror in the Murdaugh trial, I would personally avoid the press.
I’m not surprised that there were only 2 jurors. Not everyone is comfortable talking about it after serving as a juror. Must have been emotional exhausting
IMO, The other 3 jurors have had enough of this trial/situation. They sat through the trial, then had to come back to testify about Becky, now an interview?? They weren't interested...
The other jurors wanted to remain anonymous. These two jurors wanted to speak out, because they were sick of the lies that one juror had told. With the discrepancies in the two affidavits, I would suggest that the juror that said she was pressured by Becky Hill, was pushed into saying that by Harpootlian !!!!! She then changed back to "she was pressured by the jurors". which exasperated Pooty, because he had went over all that with her prior!!!🤨
If I were a juror, I would be incredibly frustrated by this entire gong show.
I wasn’t surprised… I think other jurors may want to step away from all of it. Enough already with Poot coming at you twisting everything that’s said
I honestly believe that the other jurors jurors want to be left alone. If I was on a jury and deliberated on a case and spent my time coming to a verdict and it was never closed, I'd be pretty upset.
If I were a jurist on this case I would never talk about it again. What a nightmare to spend all that time on this trial only to have the defense attorneys stir everything up again because they lost and wanted a new trial. So glad Bland & Richter stepped in to offer their services pro bono when the defense attorneys menacingly warned them to lawyer up. Harpootlian and Griffin are awful.
There is absolutely NO REASON for any juror in the US to have to get an attorney to represent them in the matter of jury deliberations. If there is an allegation of a juror undermining a decision, then that is another matter, but it's not the case here. It's outrageous that the jurors are paying lawyer fees for Miss Becky's alleged actions..

In Ontario Canada w are not allowed to discuss the case during the trial. After the trial we are not allowed to discuss the jury deliberations AT ALL with anyone EVER. You will never see a juror from Ontario being interviewed. I think that is best -- if it was a guilty verdict the accused or a member of his family might come after you for revenge. Better safe than sorry.
I think the other jurors don't want to be or get involved in anything else regarding this case.
This kind of scrutiny and behavior, as well as other attacks of jurors in recent trials, makes me extremely nervous about participating as a juror next time I get jury duty.
Is it weird that after they reach a verdict, the foreperson says if you're not comfortable with the verdict, we can wait until you are? Was she talking primarily to the 1 juror that says she felt pressured? Were there other jurors that were conflicted, but wanted to be done with it?

It's simple. EB was only there with 2 jurors because the rest weren't interested. I wouldn't be either.
