My fishing isle is always stocked and a lot of fishers try to keep it as tidy as possible and put things back where they are supposed to go
But any other isle in my Walmart is hell
Mine always looks like a tornado ran through it, open mystery tackle boxes on the ground and everything
I am a beginner fisherman I'm in my early 30's and I'm wanting to teach my 4 yr old to fish I can use whatever I can get I'm still working on the names of different lures to use I love this video buddy I will start watching you a lot more thank you again and God bless

Gavin Chen you can find some decent low cost rods, but you get what you pay for a lot of the time.
Man I have 300$ plus rods and my favorite rod is a cheap daiwa combo rod.... with a fluger presidential (I know I know) but I cant break that rod have had it for 6 years. It makes me question myself every time I buy a rod over 60 bucks....always check the spine on a rod before you buy it....biggest reason rods break....spine is in the wrong spot compared to the guides.
The newer Ozark trails lures where I live have eagle claw hooks

@@urdad2231 No they dont. And eagle claw has been around for years and is not a walmart brand. But ozark trails just recently switched to eagle claw. SO its not released in all places yet

You should try rooster tails they're fish killers and I've caught everything from pike to trout to bass on them. I like to toss it behind me and paddle a kayak around I'll catch fish all day long while no one else gets a bite

It amazes me the variety of bass fishing gear they have at Wal-Mart in the south. Makes me so jealous. Up north we have like 1 section with senkos and craws and some crappy dollar spinner baits and that's it.
It's all about what corporate sends. I live on the coast in SC and the fishing sections are kind of lame. If you go upstate near all the big lakes they have awesome fresh water selection.

I always replace the cheap rubber band with a zip tie before I ever even use them
I'm between two lakes and the Wal-Nart has an amazing fishing section.

It's the Lews Xfinity spinning combo, about $60 @ wal mart, real sensitive medium rod but overall a good combo, the reel just looks super clean.
