What happened to the stated purpose and duties of the Home Office on GOV.UK? It clearly states: *The first duty of the government is to keep citizens safe and the country secure!*
It lists a multitude of ways to ensure this including:
Rreducing & preventing crime and ensuring people feel safe in their own homes and communities!
Securing UK border and controlling migration!
*It has FAILED miserably and imo we should all sue the government accordingly!*

If an asylum seeker is given a council house do they get everything free? e.g. Rent, gas, electricity and water or are they supposed to contribute by earning money by working?
They aren't allowed to work, so I guess everything is paid for. I don't know about those given leave to remain. Its all too secret, if you ask me. At 8 billion a day, everything must be paid for.

I had the best holiday's there and Prestatyn with my family as a kid in the late 80s and 90s..it was spotless and we would get the boat over from dublin every summer...its sad to see this now..dublin city has been destroyed with thousands of illegal migrants to..they might be put into pontins to I don't know..but it sadness me thinking of memories of my mum and the times we had in pontins :(
