2 deaths in Liverpool at the Adelphi too, such is the sheer level of neglect by Britannia and its evil owner Alex Langsam.

People always blame “cheap European holidays” for the downfall of these uk holiday parks but that’s not true.
Pontins and Butlins were built ages ago, they have long since paid for themselves, several times over throughout the last 50 odd years, it should cost nothing to go there. So why does it cost so much to go there/ why are foreign holidays cheaper?! Because everytime they sell the park to another company, that company overpays for the business meaning that the new company have to raise prices and lower service to struggle to make a profit (when actually profit would be easy to make if Billy Butlins or Fred Pontins just kept onto the business themselves. After all, these businesses paid for themselves several times over years ago. Does it make sense to go somewhere that was built 50 years ago and has barely been updated and yet you’re paying 2024 new hotel prices?! NOT AT ALL!
