Love that you enjoyed this one, there’s a trio (that is in the progress of becoming defunct to after 20 years to work on their own solo ventures), Noisia, who was featured on the Supersonic track and one member Nik, is Sleepnet_, they’re generally known as the highest of high masters in electronic music sound design. They focus more on Drum’n’Bass subgenres, but they make things sound so deep and alien. Even if you don’t do a video on them, I highly recommend listening to their three studio albums Split The Atom, Outer Edges, and Closer. Outer Edges being my favourite of the lot. Closer probably being the easiest to listen through.
Skrillex is heavily inspired by them, and they helped him out throughout the years as he grew in popularity, and I truly believe it’s because of them that this album sounds top notch in mixing.
feel better soon Prof!
been sick here too, but we'll get through!
all love.
cool to hear you talk about skrillex and weird listening to him now thinking about being a kid and listening to bangarang while playing cod and being terrible at it. would love to hear you talk about Four Tet and Fred Again considering the 3 of them sold out madison square garden in seconds lmao. Fred Agains actual life series of albums seems like it might be something you would be interested in and four tets just a legend lol
Lmao the Rattata card
the bass in tears is insane
tears goes absolutely nuts

The drum in Xena is a Dumbek, a small metallic handrum (i learned to play one from my dad) . And the drop is cut up, but you can actually hear some traditional arabic rhythms the drummer is playing like Baladi, a common bellydancing rhythm. P sure the rlly fast hits are split finger rolls with some edge snaps
Welp guess I'ma have to go an honestly and not ironically give Skrillex a fair listen....if that's not influence I dunno what is... With great power comes great responsibility. ......
I think you might enjoy SVDDEN DEATH or Space Laces music. There's a lot of really cool dubstep out there that can fit all tastes, and it's still an evolving genre believe it or not
You should react to RAYE’s album My 21st Century Blues. It’s a cohesive story of her personal journey thus far and hits a good few styles and does them well. There’s a lot lyrically to dig into and musically as well 👍🏼
Hey I Also Love Skrillex, Armin Van Burren
Love thoes two All lot
I am Huge fan of EDM, Trance Music Too

Damn, the video uploaded a lot quicker than I thought it would!
As a die hard Mr.Oizo and electronic music fan, I felt so attacked by not liking Voila 🤣 Fine Prof! I will give it another attempt. What are people's favorite track and why?
I feel I have had a great deal of trouble getting into it because it differs so much from his old sound. Even the last pharmacist EP!
Get well soon! Please review the actual life series lol
my existence
Also you need to tap in on the new Liv.e album it's phenomenal
Where's the song
Any new mach hommy albums you've listened to? Have you listened to the G.A.T?
Can you review the new Gorillaz album pleeeeeeaasse 🥺
Scary monsters and Bangarang, while not technically albums, are both far better than Quest For Fire imo. Sure, they made brostep a household name and lots of garbage imitators came from it. But those 2 EPS were so fun, creative and had all the wacka wacka you ever need.
