      I love this workout. Something about this workout, the flow of the mellow guidance felt kind of zen to me. Therapeutic and very encouraging. TIP: for fellow Chair Fit Subscribers, when you're going at you're own pace, it's not expected to make the same counts of moves or you'll wind up overlapping on the next move.
      Minus the timer that's not included that D.G. now uses as he has evolved and upgraded features and steady organizing over the years this is one of my top favorite workouts. The vibe, aura and it starts almost immediately. This is the vibe most of my workouts have, some with smooth distant spa instrumental in the background. You see, the workout already gets the heart pumping so the vibe is a perfect balance. I don't feel like I'm confused and overly anxious and all over the place. Smooth transitions. Such a blessing! #Godspeed

    I was in an accident and have been in a wheelchair for months. During physical therapy 3 times a week they only concentrate on my injured leg so, I could tell all my other muscles were very rapidly deteriorating. It is amazing how quickly muscles deteriorate. I discovered your channel and it has helped me a lot. Thank you so much and God bless you!!!!!!

      I hope your still doing these. For me, because I have fallen so much, Dr. would KEEP sending me to physical therapy. Which for me, became boring. I found these on tv and have been doing them for about 2 mos. I LOVE THEM. i graduated myself to do other of his longer ones. I always come back to this one. Its like a cool down for me.

    Thank you so much, at 50 years old. I'm in the best shape ever and I have reversed my type 2 diabetes. It can be done, but you have to do the work.

    This is such a great workout. My husband and I both do it and we are in our 70's. He has some major issues and it's hard right now to find something he can do. He does take a daily walk and lifts some arm weights but hasn't been able to go to the gym and work on his core. This is fantastic. Thank you very much, Donovan!

    I fractured my ankle and I am missing many of my walks and work outs. But no more!!!! I discovered Donovan Green's chair excercises. I just started and I am about 8 10-minute videos in and I already see a difference. This is awesome!!!! Thank you Donovan. Bring us more chair exercises.

    I have never seen exercises done sitting down, I will start doing these exercises thank you very much. I am over weighted like around 300 lbs. and my height is 6 feet, I will do my best every single day practicing the same exercises shown through this video, thank you very much Donovan Green Fitness and I am 54 years old.

    I've recently been experiencing some lower back pain, which has been compromising my ability to do floor-based ab/core exercises. These are a great set of ab that work just as well as many of the floor exercises! I now do them on a regular basis as I recover from my back issues. Thanks for the great tips, Donovan!!!

      Neck is a huge issue, I feel I can't do any modification, there's always a body part with an issue back, neck, mostly, so I'm going to give this a try! Hope it helps.

    As someone with scoliosis in my lower back, this is exactly the kind of ab workout I need! Lying on the floor hurts too much and I don't have good enough balance yet or space in my home to do many other routines. Thank you so much for putting this series together!

    This is helping me. So glad I found this. Less leg, back, and knee pain. The first few times I had to go potty right after is that normal? I'm 69 this year and my children also like this for me. I'm from a Senior Community in Charlotte NC. 😊
