I was just baptized thru the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! I almost died last year, God the Heavenly Father blessed me and saved my mortal/carnal life! My wife and I celebrated our 70 th wedding. Sealed in the Saint George temple and worked 13 years in the Sacramento.the temple and its convents kept our sealing and testimony of Jesus Christ alive and growing!
I have been to more places on earth that have been more spiritual for me. Out in nature among the forrests, rivers and mountains. And these were created by actual God. Not man.
I’m a service missionary and I have been an ordinance worker for the duration of my mission. It has truly blessed my life. There is no better place to grow closer to God than in his house!❤
Some of the nicest people I have ever met, I received my first Bible from two guys when living in Los Angeles. I will never forget their names, elder Burton and elder Johnson, I thought that they were angels because I never saw them again. GOD BLESS them

Being an ordinance worker in the temple is the most incredible oppritunities that I have had. I am a service missionary serving in Edmonton, Alberta, and serving in the temple is an honor above all.
There are so many misconceptions about not only the LDS but the Temple as well. Knowledge is a good thing and that works both ways. The more people understand the basic precepts and the practices that adhere to them, the more they find we are not so different. It is my belief that when I understand another's faith and they mine, we can find threads of commonality. It is upon those threads that we can develop a deeper understanding and friendship that allows us to share our beliefs.
i love the house of the lord! it has grown my relationship with my god and my savior to a place i never thought id get to. the temple helps me feel peace and has ultimately helped me decide to serve a mission! im so glad for the opportunity to go and worship in such a holy place!

Excellent! This is a perfect explanation we will be sharing with our Seminary class, our friends, those who are curious about who we are and what we do in temples. We love our Savior, Jesus Christ. This is His work and His church. I know this for and of myself.
The Savior's gifts of Temples and the ordinances and covenants in them have been among the most impactful for me in my life. No other avenue has brought me to Him with such power and efficiency. I am a better person each day because of what He blesses me with through the Temple and Temple ordinances and covenants.
How grateful I am that temples cover the earth. Without Temples, the earth would utterly be wasted. But we do have temples and families can be together forever and we can return to God’s presence
I know as I go to help the spirits who have passed on, it is still their choice to accept the service. I testify in the name of the Saviour Jesus Christ, that Houses of the Lord are where you can feel closest to Heaven, and find greater peace, despite the turmoil. I am reminded of my divine nature in these sacred places, and have gained a greater glimpse of what it means to be a child of God. A Couple of young Ladies from the local LDS Church came to my door a few days ago, they were doing their missionary service. I chose to give them my time and have a brief conversation with them, they were very kind and not judgemental at all when I said I hadn't been to Church in years, they read some scripture and invited me to their Church, they weren't pushy at all and asked about my little dog I had. I just stopped in to watch this video to learn more about the LDS. I might just attend one of their services one day soon.

On 20 April that’s where my bride and I will be! It’s all I can think about these days! after 16 years of marriage, it feels like we’re getting married again only more! I understand now families are forever!
I have had the awesome opportunity to travel to many countries around the world. I have been in far away jungles, on top of grand mountain peaks, and sat by quiet brooks in remote locations. All of these places in nature have spoken to my soul, and I have felt Deity there. Inside the Temples, in the house of the Lord, I have felt him most. I love that the Lord has called for the building of Temples around the world, so that everyone can have the opportunity to feel his presence no matter where they may be.
My family and I just visited Puebla's Temple open house, what a beautiful, mesmerizing and delightful experience to share an open house with the world! ❤
When the Lord came the first time as a humble Lamb to His own he said: “Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head.” But, when He comes again- this time it will be in Glory! A small portion of that Glory will be His appearing “suddenly come to His Temple” for He will have hundreds of Houses to His Name where to reside, built up by the faith and diligence of His Saints the world over! And.. all pain and strife will cease “in all [His] holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Amen!
I pray you are able thru the rest of your mortal life to frequently return to those sections of celestial ground where your spirit can find such total peace. God bless.
Wow, it's cool to see a video of the inside of one of these, even though of course about anyone can see them inside before dedication, and those of us with recommends can still see them in person after the dedication. I wish there were videos that would be a tour through all the halls and rooms of every temple, especially both before and after a renovation (or with what's about to happen to the old Provo Temple).
@williamdavidson - Challenging to point to the KJV is not a necessary requirement to being true. We believe in modern revelation through living prophets in our day. Because of that, the Lord has, does, and will reveal things that we didn't know previously. So it is with modern temples. The biggest testimony I can give of the peace and calm that come from the temple is from personal experience. Having spent a lot of time in the temple, I have felt that many times, especially when facing personal challenges.

We have been promised that if we feast from the Book of Mormon, repent daily and attend the temple, that we will be blessed with personal revelation. That promise is real. For those who can, get to the temple regularly. For those who can’t, do whatever you can to get yourself to the temple. Take the promised blessings at face value. Prove to yourself that the Lord wants to reveal his will for you and your family to you. The reward we receive is magnitudes more than the effort we put in.

I'm so glad the church put this video out. I feel like there is a lot of confusion about what happens in the temple. This shows what the temple typically looks like and gives appropriate detail about the sacred things that happen in the temple.
I can't wait to be physically able to go back to the Temple again. I had my right leg amputated because didn't know I had diabetes. As soon as I can be more stable in getting around, I'll renew my recommend start back to the Family Histo r y Center to get the other Family members I was working on for Temple work before the pandemic worked on and get started with Temple work again.
I love the Temple. Worshipping Heavenly Father and His holy son Jesus Christ in the temple has brought me closer to them and helps me feel peace when I am having difficult times.

That has been my experience as well! I've been to the Cascades, the Sandias and elsewhere, which are magnificent places; but the Temple is the House of The Lord.

im taking my temple class for 6 weeks, i completed 3 weeks , 3 weeks left, i cannot wait to enter His Holy House, i been outside for a decade, this time is different, Mysoul hungry and thirst for His Gloy and His work and His words, i cannot wait to fulfil all my real destiny which is Gods Plan for my Life, love u all borhters n sisters.
When I was a ordinance worker, when I was assigned to be in the celestial room, I used to get bored. Now its one of my favorite places. I was able to spend time organizing my thoughts from my life outside the temple. Most of the time those thoughts weren't church or temple related, but it felt so natural to be able to think in a quiet place with no outside distractions. Whenever I go to the temple now I try to spend some time in the celestial room, even if I was just doing inicitories.

I can't wait to be physically able to go back to the Temple again. I had my right leg amputated because didn't know I had diabetes. As soon as I can be more stable in getting around, I'll renew my recommend start back to the Family Histo r y Center to get the other Family members I was working on for Temple work before the pandemic worked on and get started with Temple work again.

I love how in our religion, we have acess to such a personal and peaceful place to feel closer to our lord. No matter how difficult life may get, the temple reminds me of the constant love our Heavenly Father feels for us.
I love the Temple!!! What a blessing of having a place where we can withdrew from the world to be with our Heavenly Father!!! I have received so much personal revelation to guide my life!!

Unlike any other holy place on earth
I can think of many on Earth created by actual God. The Cascade ranges for one.
That has been my experience as well! I've been to the Cascades, the Sandias and elsewhere, which are magnificent places; but the Temple is the House of The Lord.

Growing up, it seemed like we were more closed off about sharing the Temple.
Not that there weren't any Temple Open Houses, but that I don't know if we shared the importance of these Temple Ordinances in quite the same manner.

im taking my temple class for 6 weeks, i completed 3 weeks , 3 weeks left, i cannot wait to enter His Holy House, i been outside for a decade, this time is different, Mysoul hungry and thirst for His Gloy and His work and His words, i cannot wait to fulfil all my real destiny which is Gods Plan for my Life, love u all borhters n sisters.

When I was a ordinance worker, when I was assigned to be in the celestial room, I used to get bored. Now its one of my favorite places. I was able to spend time organizing my thoughts from my life outside the temple. Most of the time those thoughts weren't church or temple related, but it felt so natural to be able to think in a quiet place with no outside distractions. Whenever I go to the temple now I try to spend some time in the celestial room, even if I was just doing inicitories.
Another piece of the Gospel puzzle fulfilled
One experience I had in the temple is that I felt my grandma's presence inside of celestial room
