Yes depends on how much voltage can it generate ,some can be fatal ,some can be took person to be unconscious , it dangerous thing

@@eagleland1407 after little research ,this is taser that relies on the 15kv transformer, yes it's can do harm. If it's not enough you can add more the blue capacitor circuit block or change the battery.

if you’re going for more of an offensive and less concealed tool, look into shock baton designs. beauty of them is that they work with stun gun circuits with all you having to do is add more spark gap terminals. adds reach, pairs a kinetic attack with an electric attack, and allows extra space for batteries within the handle.
