Mehdi, at around 4:30 you say that the voltage drops to zero when an arc is created through the ionized air. However there must be a low voltage across the arc, depending on the distance. Wen you TIG-weld for example, the steady arc can have 100A and around 20V to 40V (for welding you need POWER, so current without voltage across the arc wouldn't heat up the metal). When selecting a sexual partner, there are several factors which influence the odds of successfully reproducing. Too different, and the genes won't work together at all, and you can't even conceive. This is why different species are different species. Too similar, and genes which have negative effects in double doses are more likely to crop up. This is why incest is more likely to produce less healthy offspring. So you want to choose someone who's pretty closely related, so your genes can work together, but not so closely related that your offspring are very likely to get double-doses of bad genes (or genes which only become bad in double doses). So what's optimal? If you set up an experiment with animals where they can choose mates from among a variety of close relatives and very distantly related members of the same species, they tend to zero in on first cousins. Human societies throughout history have had no issues with first cousins marrying. It really only becomes a problem if you have some social norm which requires first cousin marriages, because after a few generations, the actual genetic relationship is much higher than first cousins (where there's a 12.5% chance of getting the same gene from the same ancestor). That's why royal families in Europe famously developed interbreeding problems. Not because they had first cousin marriages, but because they had lots and lots of first cousin marriages, to the point where first cousins became closer to siblings in terms of relatedness. So the upshot is, it's normal to pair off with first cousins, throughout the animal kingdom. It's not normal to do so exclusively for generations running.

I am thinking in buying a 187 Trillion Volt Tazer powered by a atomic power plant that i saw on a legit site. Costs only $69.699 and is totally not a scan.
lol noob i have an infinite volt one lol
I bought a mobile plasma rifle powered by an enclosed cold fusion reactor. Cost only 90000,57$ Not a bad deal, totally not a scam. It's been a year since the purchase, and according to their service it's still going to arrive in a week.
I downloaded a razer app, adjustable voltage and Amps.
Why buy bunch of stuff when you can download one?

@拿铁绿茶 in my country it IS school on saturday, few years ago we had holidays on either 2nd and 4th saturdays or 1st and 3rd saturdays but now we dont have it either lol
@拿铁绿茶 actually on saturdays, we have half-day school, like from monday to friday, our school timing (in summer) is 7:00am - 1:00pm (Some schools have it till 2:00pm) and on saturdays, our school timing is 7:00am - 11am (or maybe till 12:00pm)
Im pretty sure in germany or somewhere like that they have school on Saturday. Im not certain though, my german teacher mentioned it years ago

"It is estimated that 20% of all couples worldwide are first cousins"
What WhAT WHAAAT?!
I changed My username yes it is bud
Jancarlo Berrios It's based on opinion. Cousins are fine IMO. The American belief might not be, but the rest of the world is fine with it.
The middle east pulls up that percentage by a lot
Its not really worldwide. Its mainly pakistan, they love to keep it in the family.
