I cried when you talked about loneliness in the middle of the meditation.
Tears are healing amishgon, they can be a much needed emotional release or a recognition of something that seeks healing💖

Every day, I wake up just before I start work and I've been really feeling down on myself for doing so, before I was diagnosed Bipolar, I was proactive and was up at 5 to walk my dog and then back into to sleep until 7. Weekends, I slept in until 7:30, and now I can barely wake up at any of those times without a struggle. Even after I was diagnosed, I would be up at 7:30, down to the gym and back up to do yoga before work - it literally never failed, I knew what I had to do to trick my brain to being healthy. And sure, a lot of it has to do with where I live, I don't like waking up early here because of a fear of waking to centipedes and other house hold pets. I just don't feel safe or comfortable here and I operate out of 2 rooms in this place, my office and my bedroom, well 3 - and the bathroom, even still I'm always wary of entering a room. I stumbled upon this meditation this morning and I could just feel your genuinely kind energy emanating from this meditation, it feels like a warm hug and cookies; thank you 💙🙏🏾☺️🥺
