Yesssss Leva👍I sooo Agree🎉❤. Me too. Beloved Linda is like a Healing Nurturing Mumma, Sister, Auntie, Friend..or ALL🌎♥. You see, my dear Nanny who raised me like a mum passed Oct 12th at 92 and my worlds been quite grief stricken. My appetite left me the past 10 months and I dropped 33lbs unintentionally. My taste buds just lost their taste for flavour of food and when I wake each morn my stomach, which never did this before, now feels like it's constantly twisted and knotted up churning and feels like there are jumping beans in it. It takes a lot of The tools that I've learned to keep it Calm and I learned about the vagus nerve and how it runs from our brain on each side of the body down to the stomach and have noticed how my thoughts are definitely contributing to the no appetite and I've just been sleeping a lot because sleep takes away the nauseating ache. I was just losing so much nutrients because everything was coming up going right through so my friend told me to begin making smoothies and they've been helping with some of those boost and ensure and the liquid IV packets. But I have to get solid food in me sooner than later. Thank you for letting me unpack and share a little with you both. Sorry to be so forthcoming, it's just been such a challenge like never before in my life and I understand I should not but I do feel so alone in this, as not much family left. And then 2 months ago I learned my little chihuahua his heart is enlarged pressing against his trachea. And, well, I can't even go there except to say I'm going to keep giving him my Reiki energy healing and continue on praying. I know everything's going to be okay and he's going to have a much longer life than 12 years old. Thank God we are not giving more than we can handle that would be too much for me. So I'm keeping Hope and Faith alive in spirit and all things. Keeping the heart soft while also staying protected when needed around certain nrg's. It's so vital these days to protect our space along with our peace of mind. Linda is quite helpful her unique meditations so very soothing in her voice and tone and I adore her I believe English or Aussie accent and Linda is most definitely a Safe Space for us. Thank you both once again for letting me unpack and share a little. And I hope this message finds you and Miss Linda very well and in good health and joy and peace surrounding you. Blessed Be to you and to everyone in the world🎉❤🤗
