actually it's linked to the events of the 1e hell's vengeance adventure path basically long story short the sword was rediscovered by actual paladins, who tried to launch an invasion of cheliax, this was eventually dealt with mostly by the player characters of that ap, and the sword was taken from the leader of the paladins and given to abrogail
