Come join me on my newest VR fitness journey! I’m trying to lose 30 (more) pounds and need you all to hold me accountable 😂😅 ua-cam.com/video/CscmmdvKhR4/v-deo.html
I have been back and forth on this one! I HATE paying monthly but I think some games are worth it for different people. But I will always rather pay one time and never have to deal with it again!
@@KaleahVR For me, I am standing against this. I'm sure that I will lose as I always do. But, I will never pay a monthly subscription for a game. That's my line.
Idk. If you don’t like the subscription ones you can just cancel. When I had to buy the game on the quest app, they won’t give you a refund for it. I kinda prefer the subscriptions to try them out ^^
Really nice summary. Keep at it. If I had one comment it would Nice if you could display the name of each game all along you are giving us your impression. This would permit we focus on what you are saying while remembering the name of the game. I hope this makes sense
I'm considering a VR headset for workouts. I've started with vhs tapes and dvds, and now I need something new to get started again. I watched this video until the end, but I also would like input on what VR headset is worth buying. Also, if you were new to VR fitness, what would game would you buy first?
Yes!!! You should definitely try it out:) I would recommend the Quest 2 since it is less harsh on your pockets and any game mentioned in this video is GREAT. But Les mills bodycombat takes the cake :)
@KaleahVR Thanks for your advice. Idk much about how VR games work, so excuse me if this sounds silly. Are the games backward compatible? Can you play Quest 2 games on the newest version and vice-versa?
Powerbeats VR? I haven't tried it but came here to see if it was included. I've read/seen a lot of praise online. Custom music, and beat-matching to it, is very attractive along with the fitness expectation.
I'd really be excited for a "Just Dance" game. I really liked a couple of the versions on the Xbox with the Kinect. I like the Zumba one too. I tried the Fitxr version and was just Meh about it. Wouldn't pay the subscription fee for it.
Love these fitness app videos 🙌 just got my Meta 2. Only thing is my glasses scratched it already 😢even w the glasses spacer, way better than psvr though
next move - looks really interesting, i think i m gonna give it a shot. btw - are there like sales weeks on the quest store, with 30 % off for some titles like steam does? On the - all in one sport - game, i can only recommend it for beginners, because there are way better games in vr for pretty every sport in there...
I'm 63 and I really enjoy the All in One Sports app. Definitely my favorite of all my apps, not just the fitness ones! I like the Les Mills Body Combat too, but it is a little much for me, but I'm committed to it.
Yes! I wish more people appreciated all in one sports! That is one game I continue to swear by. I agree that Les Mills Bodycombat is ALOT. All I need is a 10 minute workout and I’m done for the day 😂 Keep it up!!
Quest 2 for 2 years now, won't bother upgrading as it works perfectly well plus some, only really need to upgrade to a q3 if you want to start messing around with AR
Also Audio Trip! The Cardio mode places the targets slightly outside your reach range so you can't just stay in one spot but you do have to move to reach them. Great workout!
@@jackskelington7377 yeah I don't have any experience with that with any games. I just rotate my workouts through AudioTrip, Pistol Whip, LesMills, to keep it fresh. I can also recommend SynthRiders, TOTF, Blaston for more variety in the rotation.

Let's do this! +
No game is worth a monthly subscription. Let's make damn sure that this does not become a thing. Reject it!

@watchingthecrazyworld7761 100% valid! Save that money 💰
@@watchingthecrazyworld7761 you do realize that workout app is not a game? You are also this annoying when going into the gym?
Any apps that require a monthly subscription is a scam.
i feel like supernatural is prob the only one worth it but then again i haven’t tried it
Eh some of them are constantly adding new workouts so I beg to differ.
fit xr really gave me thrills, and i have played all boxing games in steam vr. i m not sure about long term motivation yet, but let´s see...
...and i don´t know the rest yet. hyped :DD:D

Awesome Reviews! Saved me alot of time ❤
Thank you so much for the support ❤️
Fun Fit Land was a pleasant surprise! Thanks for the rec. It was so much fun. As of now the alpha is still active. I look forward to the full version.
Yay!! I’m so glad you like it 😊😊

Thanks!
Thank you 🥹❤️
So inspiring. I'm motivated. Need get my quest game on. Thanks for sharing!
Try out Squat Algorithm if you like unpredictability!
Definitely gonna check out all these games! Thx girl!

Well deserved... thank you for this! I'll definitely use your kickback codes...
Thank you so much! ❤️
Which app do you think should’ve made the list this year 🤔

Can't wait to try some!! Thanks!
Thanks for watching :)
Try doing pushups from your knees instead of your toes. It's a great way to build up to full pushups.
I bought a push-up board, pushing from my fists on a bar is much easier, my wrists don't feel any of it.
excellent presentation, thank you very much!
Love these fitness app videos 🙌 just got my Meta 2. Only thing is my glasses scratched it already 😢even w the glasses spacer, way better than psvr though
The custom glasses inserts are game changers! That way you don’t have to wear glasses in VR. They are normally around 50 dollars and well worth it!
@@KaleahVRoh wow, didn’t know about that, thank you! I’m also trying to get fit with vr, so I LOVE these videos & the humor 😂
@rudym415 thank you so much!! Keep me updated with your journey :)

Thank you for the feedback!! And I know the quest store does have random discounts every couple of weeks. The big ones come around Black Friday!
@@KaleahVR Thx + good to know
The discount links aren’t working I tried following you and they still do not work:(
I think they are all used up now 🥹 Meta caps it now 🥲🥲🥲
Thamku for the video. This is a great resource for fitness gaming.
It seems that your referral links no longer work without becoming friends on the system first.
Yeah, unfortunately, they changed it this year. The referral links used to be really beneficial, but now they’re a pain. 😣

I know this would be long but you should do a super long top 100 list.
And definitely add the name of the app in the corner of the screen while giving your review on it. I wish this one had that. Thanks for this review!
Hello from Vienna/Austria. Thanks for your helpful video 🤗
Is there a list of just free???
Do you prefer Meta Quest 2 or 3? I’m looking at getting one. Thank you,
For the price, I love the Q2! You can’t go wrong with either but I’m all about saving money! Especially if this is your first headset 😊
Quest 2 for 2 years now, won't bother upgrading as it works perfectly well plus some, only really need to upgrade to a q3 if you want to start messing around with AR
@@shaneburrows9585 Agreed.
Personally, AR is what I care about, VR is just a bonus.
Where are the discount codes?
The links are in the description :)
Are you able to do a video on how to modify beat saber for the quest 3?
Try Pistol Whip
Also Audio Trip!
The Cardio mode places the targets slightly outside your reach range so you can't just stay in one spot but you do have to move to reach them. Great workout!
Only thing I don't like about Audiotrip is the difficulty to add custom songs.

Squat Algorithm is good too!
Good ❤
