I've had my SR/F (same colour as yours) since Oct 2019 and I have driven it 30 miles every work day through London ever since. I absolutely love this bike, it's so smooth, powerful, quiet (obviously) and super reliable. The only issue I've had in 5 years is 2 snapped belts (showing off at the lights 😂) and some water ingress to the instrument panel. I've since had the bike made super waterproof as I ride in all weather. I've ridden a lot of bikes in London and this one beats all of them in every department (except show off noise!)
For sure. Urban commuting is an area where the SR/F really shines. When I was commuting into Downtown Jacksonville, FL on my SR/F, it was a great way to start and end the workday. I still love how flickable it is in slow, urban traffic.
Surprised your rotors lasted that long. But replace them asap with EBC rotors, which are absolutely excellent and much better than the OEM ones. And they don't warp, at all.
I certainly don't have much experience living in Florida but I can tell you when I've ridden in high 40s/low 50s fahrenheit I've noticed a range drop, which of course is to be expected with any EV.
@@EVRider I would think the same, cold leading to range drop. That is always a concern. Although I've seen this one channel, called Marc Travels, that will inspire you to ride in the winter. He takes his bike through extreme weather.
Zero buyer beware! After less than 5000 miles, the Zero is worth its namesake in trade in value. Because the service at the dealer didn’t recognize a sound with the motor, since I bought it, or during any of the service checks, Zero won’t stand behind their product, with a known issue, because it’s out of warranty. It’s a $20k+ bike that is worth $0, and can’t be traded in.
@rockyparkerton1372 I'm sorry to hear you got a bad bike but why why would you expect any manufacturer to pay to repair a bike for free that's out of warranty? Zero and every other motorcycle company would go bankrupt if they did that. Also, if your used Zero is out of warranty, I'm sorry to say there is no way you should have spent $20k+ on it. According to Cycle Trader, the MOST expensive used Zero in the U.S. right now is a 2021 SR/S at $15,995. It sounds like you unfortunately got stuck with a bad dealer that overcharges and doesn't properly inspect its bikes. Sounds like your real beef should be with the dealer, not Zero.
@@EVRider it was an issue the bike had since day one; and it wasn’t identified until going to trade it. That, and the KBB value on zero is $0, if you try to trade in at any dealership you didn’t buy it from. The bike is now out of warranty, but it’s also what Zero calls a “known defect”. But, they never issued a recall; which shows they don’t stand behind their product. Thus, it’s BUYER BEWARE! Zero will not tell you there’s a known defect, that could have gotten you killed on the street. And, you $20k spent is worth $0 in trade. So, I’m currently talking to a couple of influencers that are looking to destroy a $20k bike for views; and, that’ll be my revenge on Zero for stealing my money.
@@EVRider note the Zero was a New SRS Premium with the expanded battery (Power Tank), and hard cases, not a used bike to begin with. So, over $20k. Current SR/Ss are priced on Zero’s website at $1500 more than what they were when I bought mine. So, even more risky now, if you ever wanted to trade it in at a dealership on a new bike.

I really like your videos. They have contributed to making me buy the same bike you have and yet I am also getting a new battery. 😂
A guest appearance of a NC750x, Nice Bill.
A fine video. Very interest for me is the seat. It seams very comfortable. Where can I buy it?
Greetings from Germany
Hi @WolfgangHildebrand-f4c The seat is a Corbin, which can be ordered online. I did a review on it as well: ua-cam.com/video/RdP-6P0_kKY/v-deo.html

Thanks. I'll keep the EBCs in mind once I feel the existing rotors need replacing.
Anyone know how the bike fares in the cold?
