I haven't tried portrait but try making your own portrait story template . I have a tutorial on making your own templates in my playlist if it's helpful.
How can I manually edit the AI videos in the new mimo app? I want to keep the suggested time for each video, but I cannot scroll in the video, like in your example ( 1:30 )

Thanks. For longer videos go to the editor at the bottom of the app, not aieditor. You have templates or choose pro for any length videos. To add your own music Choose - music - local. Good luck
I dont know why the new mimo editor has been dumbed down. There is no timeline feature anymore. You can't trim or cut the videos anymore, or add scene transitions and slow mo?
And this is the new version of mimo which can only be downloaded from the dji website. Not from the playstore anymore. It's weird it used to have much more features
@@jacek8889 so with the templates the text is not editable, but you can switch templates ('switch) - this is explained in the video. you can also make you own templates or use the 'editor' instead of the AI editor (located at the bottom of the screen). This 'AI editor' is meant for simple set mini movies for social media but the 'editor' is more flexible with options to add text and text effects as well as lots of other features. I have the videos that explain this as well as the video on how to create your own templates in the mimo app. thanks for your comment and I hope that helped.

Worked on setting up, shooting and editing my first video yesterday. LOL I’ve got a long ways to go. Thanks for the videos as always.

I like the ai templates, but I can’t get it to stretch them out longer. It’s turning 12min in to 20 seconds. I’d like to stretch it out a bit.

Sounds like you’re using the AI editor - the one to use is the editor button at the bottom of the screen.

Yes for casual videos, CapCut for more advanced. And premier for my pro work.
Can i download a video edited on the dji mimo app via templates and share it on whatsapp?
Yes just export it, once in your photos you can share to WhatsApp.
don't let me save it on 4k... i will continue using youcut...
I believe you need to ensure the first scene you add is 4 k. Then you will have the option.
