Such an amazing workout!! I have always loved Transcend. I wish Sydney still did workouts like this. Really missing when the 45-50 minute workouts were the norm.
Completed this one during Summertime Fine 2024 because I really miss having new, 45-minute, solely upper body focused workouts. This absolutely flew by and was so much fun. I love how much fun Sydney was having with it, too! I do wish she would let her playful personality shine through again in new workouts. It makes you feel like you're working out with an old friend and truly makes a big difference psycholgically in getting a tough workout done.
You've changed my life! I've been doing your workouts every single day since April and I just love and appreciate your efforts. You are beautiful inside out and have a good knowledge about what you do! Excited to crush this.

@@LadyK007 I am I know unusual ...The trick is to keep exercise going whatever comes along. I had disc removed from my back7 years ago and hip replacement3 years ago. All along I kept up exercise .Yesterday I did 2 k swim after the workout (.Swimming is my first love but with the pandemic I am loosing my swim fitness .Pools will close again sadly in January.) exercise essential for good cardiac ,bone, muscle and mental health .So I hope you keep it up. I love Sydneys work outs as i love a challenge!

Yesterday, at Costco, a flat of 12 cans of green beans went flying off this lady's cart. Thanks to Sydney, I was able to grab it mid-air and put it back with little effort, to the shock and amazement of the men around me. Here in 2022. Decided to follow the prepregnancy playlist. I remember doing this the first time around and loved it and wanted to see how much I've grown. I noticed I used heavier weights, lasted longer, and burned more calories than I did the first time I did this. Also loved the cardio finisher at the end. Loved it crushed it!! 👍🏋️♀️💪🔥🥵💦😁💜🦸♀️
I am not a morning workout person...but I rolled myself out of bed this morning...did the best I could to "crush this workout" while smashing my finger with a dumbell and pushed myself to keep going lol I loved the cardio at the end!! This is the first month I have done and stuck with her workouts everyday and I am seeing amazing results with my body!!! My husband says I am obsessed with making sure I don't miss my Syndey workout each day lol haha
Dustin man when the chatting on the song came in at 6:19 my attention was totally captured. You’ve played this song a lot, but it’s the first I noticed the chant at the intro. When we were doing the curl circles I was so pumped by that beat I was legit marching as I was doing my curls and didn’t hear nuttin Sydney said during that period. And was so pumped doing the (5) minutes cardio at the end. Dustin and Sydney the combo of music and moves today was so awesome. I totally enjoyed this workout. It was sway fun; yet effective. During that bicep burner I got the brilliant idea to use 10lbs BUT then Sydney said to visualize someone whom I admire and all I thought of was Sydney watching me and BAM made it through without stopping. DANG girl, this one was a killer. LOVE arm days. Much love, stay safe and healthy everyone
Before I started Sydney's workout, I only could carry 2lbs or 3lbs dumbbells. I thought my arms and shoulders are just not strong enough and did not know how to build strength in my upper body. Now I use the set of 8lbs and I can feel strong in my arms! even my husband notices that I can carry heavy grocery bags easily! Anyway, thank you so much for your work! I've been doing your workout almost everyday since July and it is just the best!
That was amazing! I loved having a bit of cardio at the end, it really brought the workout full circle for me. I used lighter dumbbells than usual this time because I’ve been focusing on form rather than weight and I surprised myself! The workout was still difficult and challenging, mental and physically! #crushedit!

Happy Flex Friday 💪 OMG that was amazing! That bicep burner at the end about did me in. But I did what Sydney said and thought about all you guys outside my window cheering me on and pushed thru the burn and finished strong. But holy cow that was tough. By the time I completed the cardio finisher I forgot about how much my arms hurt. She truly is such an amazing trainer. Feeling extremely grateful for the Squad and Sydney.

Happy Flex Friday 💪 OMG that was amazing! That bicep burner at the end about did me in. But I did what Sydney said and thought about all you guys outside my window cheering me on and pushed thru the burn and finished strong. But holy cow that was tough. By the time I completed the cardio finisher I forgot about how much my arms hurt. She truly is such an amazing trainer. Feeling extremely grateful for the Squad and Sydney.

I LOVE the cardio mixed into most workouts this month. please please continue that!! I’m also loving the focus on back strength lately! we didn’t get a lot of that over summer but I’m so glad you’re incorporating it more now
I started think negative "this will be hard bc my back is not very strong" Ended with i did it i crushed it. Thank u for always pushing us not jus with a great workout but also with the motivational talk, words that u give ,u are awesome i appreciate u and Dustin for what u both do each day for us❣

I could not even move a bag! She came over and lifted one bag from each arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated
