    Today we will work on strength for your chest and triceps by crushing 3 rounds of 10 separate exercises! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation leg exercises where we can all push ourselves! I used my 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let's do this!

    3 months ago I couldn't even do a push-up on my knees, today i completed my first push-up on my toes!! your workouts have truly changed my life, it gives me something to look forward to each day and I feel way better about myself and my body than I did before :D

    I struggled hard today and had to tighten my ponytails and dig deep. Motivation was lacking. Felt really weak. Muscles burned out quick. So I dropped weights and did what I could today. And I'm still considering it a win because I didn't just throw in the towel. That is how we grow 🤗

    I’m a highschool student and online school has been psychological torture. But once I found your workouts I’ve done one everyday bright and early in the morning before school.     Sydney, I've been following your workouts for 5 months now, feeling better than ever. Let me tell you, I finally got some 20lb dumbbells in and 2 weeks ago I thought I'd never be able to lift them. But with your motivation I tried a little every day an today I did ever chest press with them (albeit only like 8-11 reps) but I did it! I'm so proud. Thank you!

    I've had shoulder pain for years. I have to use the smallest weights on these days. By going slow- and adding in physical therapy - I'm getting so strong and having pain free days. I'm on the road to being completely pain free!!
