Absolutely LOVE this song! It's an original! Scott kills the raw vocals! Kevin is amazing! Avi is just fun and smiles a lot instead of looking scary! ;) Kirstin and Mitch do such a great job of filling in the spaces and so very cool with all the fans they had in the video! The shots at the roller rink were a nod to the past, as Avi's first job as a teen was at a roller skating rink in his hometown of Visalia, California. There are also clips in their PTXperience series taken on tours of Avi showing off his skating skills.
The rock vocals that Scott does on this are just absurdly good!

This is my absolute favorite of their early originals! How can anyone not jump up and join in on this fun! Loved how you reacted, which is just what I would hope for! Fantastic song!

the best part was seeing all the fans during the end credits and he skipped it. lol.
This is such a hype song. They adjusted the lyrics and performed this song every week for the thursday night football opening in 2015 or 2016. One of those years. Can’t remember because I remember the song and performance every week but wasn’t familiar with PTX at that point. Didn’t put it together until like 2018 when i read a comment and it clicked!!

One of my favourite things to find and enjoy is music that gives me chills and goosebumps. I was cruising UA-cam recently and discovered a Russian talent show contestant that did just that, with one of the best, most unique voices I've heard in many years. Her delivery was nothing short of magical and I searched out more and more and more, and...more chills.
I was stunned to find that the first performance I heard was when she was 14!!!! She's now 17 and still developing. She sings in Russian, French, English and Arabic.
The covers she performed on that show are very popular on UA-cam. Many UA-camrs publish reactions on these performances, which include the ethnic song "River" (in a new musical arrangement), "Blizzard", "Wicked Game", "Human", "Derniere Danse", "Take On Me" and others.

If I understand correctly, this song was written for the fans and they included fan submitted videos (including some famous people who are also fans) to make the video about the joy if singing and their fans. I can’t recall which songs you’ve done, but I love “can’t help falling in love”, “say something” and “new rules x are you that somebody” just to name a few. There are oh so many more but if you haven’t done those few, maybe throw those one the list. Also, great reaction!!

I LOVE Mitch’s low notes. He has a gorgeous lower register. Check out PTX’s ‘Take On Me”. There is t an official video, just audio. Also check out his solo ‘Graveyard’, and the cover of “Find you” he did with Evan Duffy on the piano.
Mitch's best exhibition of his lower register is his belting verse in "Amazing Grace"
@@TomLloyd-18 His part in Amazing Grace gives me goosebumps every time. But that is my favorite song. As in - I have ‘Amazing Grace’ tattoos on me. And gave my daughter the middle name ‘Grace’ after the song and it’s meaning to me. So I always wonder if my love for that performance is due to amazing vocals or because I just love it so much.
Yep, they got some ringers in there. I'm not really up on popular stars, but I noticed Maisie Williams (GoT), Victoria Justice and Hailee Steinfeld, so there must be a bunch more.
You guessed it right about famous people being fans. There are actually 14 celebrity cameos mixed in amongst the fan videos, and they are all big Pentatonix fans. And all the fans in the closing shots were people who showed up to an open invitation to be a part of the video. Thousands of fans showed up and were all put in the video. Unfortunately, you cut off the video too soon. They did an extended credits/special thanks ending to allow all the fans who showed up to get some camera time.

I've been loving your reactions to PTX so i have a request that I'm praying you react to. It's for non other then PTX's amazing beatboxer Kevin "KO" Olusola. Its just him, in his home studio, making music with his looper and this Man is a Beast. In my view he is the most talented member of the group. I'm not taking away anything from Scott, Mitch, Kirsty, or Matt and Avi, but here's the low down on Kev.
At age 5 he started to play a songs from the radio on a toy keyboard his dad bought for him on X-Mass, 3 days after he opened it ...by ear alone. His dad saw his gift and automatically put him in professional lessons for Piano but Kev also wanted more pro lessons as the years went on, and by the age of 10 he was being taught professionally on the Piano, Saxophone and Cello. The Cello was his main instrument but he is classically taught on all 3 instruments and has preformed in Carnegie Hall twice as a soloist, once for Sax and the other Cello and that's before he was 17.
He is the first person to invent and master Cello boxing, mixing classical Cello and urban hip hop beatboxing together. He's also a writer and brilliant music producer. He has also gotten his degree in Pre-Med and Asian Studies from Princeton and speaks perfect Mandarin Chinese, all this before the age of 21. When he finally met Scott and the other members of PTX to audition for The Sing Off on NBC they had only been a group for one day.

Loved your reaction to this. Another great up tempo song and one of my favorites is "Come Along", a Cosmo Sheldarke cover. The lyrics are a bit of nonsense but the whole "vibe" reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. It's a fun song and I would love to see your reaction.
Hello, I would like to see your reaction to the performances of Diana Ankudinova. Her amazing voice surprises everyone, she performed covers of the famous songs "Wicked Game", "Human", "Havana","Take on Me". She also has her own songs "Into the sky" (В небо), "Your Voice" (Голосом твоим), "Happiness" (Счастье).
One of those fans was Maisie Williams from Game of Thrones fame. She's been in a video with Superfruit (Playing Cards Against Humanity of all things LOL) . she's definitely a super fan. The only other celebrity that I know is Tyler Oakley from youtube. others might see celebs that I don't know. btw, they all can rap. if you haven't done it yet, their cover of Macklemore's "Can't Hold Us" is a banger :)

The break point on Avi vs Matt is mid-2017. For an odd occurrence, check out their Dancing On My Own (7/2017) with neither.
Avi can sing pretty high too although you don't often ever hear it in Pentatonix. The big thing about these people is they have insane vocal ranges. To give you an example most people may have a 2 octave range Avi has 5. Mitch has 6 I believe. Totally crazy ability.
I don't see that you have reacted to HALLELUJAH (Leonard Cohen cover). This is definitely one of their masterpieces! You could choose either the official video (618 million views) or their live performance (Christmas Special) (40 million views) ..both are incredible!

Great reaction !!! I have a proposal for myself - will you make a film about a talented young singer Viki Gabor? She has an amazing voice !!! She can sing a lot of riffs and run and also whistle like her idol Ariana Grande :) I would be very interested in your movie about her. Viki has great potential to become a star all over the world. She is only 13 years old. In 2019, she won the Children's Eurovision Song Contest.
