Nice video. What's it mean when you replace tye gas valve, fire it up and it starts to sound like a harley davidson back firing? Lol

There's a screen inside the heat exchanger right in front of the enducer motor, it could be plugged up . you could possibly have a cracked exchanger as well. Good lock taking that thing apart to inspect it lol

@@gtjdbydave I've taken all that crap apart, found a small tear in the large screen on the barrel, they told me to replace the heat exchanger 🙄 doing it Thursday. Never done one on a Voyager and I'm hoping it won't be too much of a headache but we know how that goes. 😅

2 guys and a lot of patience. You'll be taking the whole thing apart.

What would you have done if it still didn't pull -0.2 after you changed out the gas valve? 😂😂😂

Anytime I have issues, I make sure to throw my tools all over the place and kick things over. That always resolves any unexpected issues 😁
      Just kidding!

There are days where I don't want to hand the customer the bill but it makes things easier when I'm open about what I have done, take my time to get it right and don't have a call back lol.

@@gtjdbydave My view is most folks don’t challenge the doctor on the cost of the service when they go to pay. So I don’t mind at all when I hand the invoice and expect payment. I’m ready to point out the value I provided and in most cases people are glad to pay me because I corrected their situation in a timely manner. Also, I tell them upfront the cost of the service so their is no surprises.
