I just made these wings today and they came out great! At first I wondered about the cayenne pepper but I followed through exactly and my family was impressed. You got them thinking I’m a good cook lol...thanks Charlie keep it up bro.

I made these last nite and my grandson said these wings were amazing! First time he ever called my chicken that. So when I made my plate and took a bite, I had to agree with him. They were AMAZING!!
I should also mention that I didn't use the amount of cayenne pepper called for in the recipe. I just used the 1 tsp to marinate the wings. I am such a wuss when it comes to cayenne pepper, even though Charlie said the wings aren't spicy. And they weren't so next time I will use the amount called for in the recipe These wings will be made over and over and over again. Tfs

My husband's brother is coming from Arizona to Tennessee, I'm from Oregon so my brother in law is praised for his knowledge of cooking but I bet he's never seen bbq like this before I'm going to do exactly what your video says then I'm putting them on the warm outside grill with bbq sauce he will be none the wiser until we all have eaten 😉

Dear chef charlie andrews: i JUST tried this recipe and OH MY GOODNESS!! The best fried chicken ever!!! It was perfectly seasoned !! And i also made another batch that was GLUTEN FREE for my sister. I used all the same steps but just replaced the all purpose flour with gluten free flour ! And she loved it. The chicken was soooo CRISPY ! This is my new fried chicken go to...THANK YOU FOR TEACHING ME HOW TO COOK FOR MY FAMILY!!!

You are right about that! I don't like bland food either. Betta add some creole seasoning on there. Salt and peppa ain't gon cut it. LOL
@@CharlieTheCookAndrews no salt and pepper dont do no food any justice. I watch those struggle meals. The sad part is some people have good recipes, or ways of preparing certain dishes, but the lack of seasoning destroys the whole thing.
